By the way, starting September 20th, the Wii U 32 version is now $300.
The Vita and 3ds versions seem to be pretty similar, except the Vita might look a little better graphically and resolution wise. Though I do like the approach they took to that version. I hope in the future they make more games that bridge the gap between the systems so both group of gamers can experience some games others can. The 3DS and Vita are so different, yet still so good at what they each do.
Slow down falcon, its hard to tell what you are saying.
Yes, the Wii U is powerful, not as powerful as the PS4, or the Xbone, but powerful enough. It can still run most if not all of the same engines as them.
The upcoming line up and price drop makes the future bode very well for the Wii U, because it mimics what happened to the 3DS.
It does make sense to also purchase a PS4, because it has great games too. I might buy an xbone, but not as a g...
If power matters to you so much, go PC.
Exactly, thats why EA itself can really be full of crap.
I hope both become more common. It is always better to have diversity game engine wise when possible, especially in the major AAA devs that can afford it.
Thats definitely a teaser for a Wii U pokemon game. It might just be another Pokemon Battle Revolution, but I hope it is like a full on rpg like Colosseum or at least a Pokemon Stadium game with a lot of memorable mini games.
They really expected Yakuza to sell well? On a new platform? With a much smaller install base? And with a late HD port of games already on the PS3?
I don't know why all these developers and publisher keep expecting huge sales with late or gimped ports on the Wii U. They better not use this as an excuse to not bring the new games to the Wii U. It shows they have very little respect for the consumers.
This would be a very logical thing to do for Sony to push the Vita, and make the whole link between it and the PS4 seem more practical. However, this would probably hit Sony hard money wise since selling the Vita for 100 dollars would be selling it for a major loss. If someone with a lot of money in the bank was doing this, they could suck it up. This decision would result in a lot of sales for the PS4 and Vita but not much actual profit made for Sony. And Sony needs as much profit as it can ...
AWWWWWWWwWWWWW, but whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. :(
.______.
I kinda doubt it at this moment, its not like any of the electronics/software Microsoft has put out for the last few years have been extremely successful. The Surface Tablet, the Windows Phones (even though I do have one), Windows 8. And all of these including the Xbone are related design wise too. Microsoft keeps telling us that these are gonna be the devices that we will sell an arm and leg for. But they are doing it in such a arrogant way. Every one of these products are ...
Nah, I think we do. The true gaming consoles are really accessible to the average person, have exclusive games made for the console by talented developers, and are guaranteed to work with games made for the system. Also, consoles are usually more portable than pcs, and cheaper over the long run.
We are grateful for these games Activison, but you can't completely say that unless you bring Destiny to the Wii U too. Just saying.
And the PS3 and 360 wouldn't?
WOW! Pikmin 3 increased Wii U sales by 58%?! I wonder what will happen when the other big Nintendo games come out?
As long as there is still a Classic Mode and Adventure Mode, I'm fine with this.
That had better be £15 worth of content in the WII U version Ubisoft, and had better be advertised that there is that much more. You are really ruining this game for a lot of people including me! First the 7 month delay when the game was ready to ship, moving its launch from a month of little competition to a month where some of the most anticipated games this year are coming out ( they are sure to overshadow this game) and now the Wii U version costs more?! If the WII U version does not...
I love all these Batman games because they are some of the only games that make you feel like the actual superhero your controlling. I swear, when Batmaning through Arkham City when I first got it, I was going full Kevin Conroy/Christian Bale Batman voice, along with just yelling "BATMAN ARKHAM CITY!!!!" when smashing bad guy faces in. I'm really looking forward to this game.
This can be taken two ways. It can be seen that the Wii U will rebound back like the PS3 because of the similar sales situation. Or because of the differences between the Wii U and PS3's situations the Wii U could end up like the Gamecube, beloved by people who owned them but third in its console generation. However, due to the way Nintendo makes its games and hardware either way Nintendo will still probably make a profit. Heck, they still made a profit even with the Gamecube sales. ALOT ...
Is the White one now $249?
