I've just looked on youtube for this (borderlands I) and sounds like it fits very well in the game overall. I've heard much about this game but never took much interest in checking it. Now I realize, it looks crazy: fps and vehicles. Way to go. Visuals are a bit cartoon alike but seems it works well.
It's better to wait a few more days and have it done WELL. At least then people won't complain about bugs and an under-developed game.
Looks impressive by the trailer. It's good to see alternative development and in this particular case, with chinese history on the loop, plus the FX they love mixed in to it - Running on water, flying and etc it's typical of chinese martial arts movies (ex: Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon) their ancient culture is fascinating. ^^
The sounds were terrible, I also recall playing superman as you mentioned spiderman. http://www.youtube.com/watc... nice thing was getting in to a phone booth and turn in to super! Everything else was a disaster ^^
Ahh, interesting. Although I lived in europe and got first a spectrum 48k, I later got a clone of this with 1000's of games. Atari was very adept of 2 player games which was awesome, 150 euros costed me at around the early 90's. I always enjoyed the frog game with flies and the cowboy duel lol
Not solved. Ad portal to click before going to site, misleading news. It's just a video of an ad to vita that doesn't show anything out of the ordinary.
Does this dlc finally let you feed to death someone? I mean physically, not with a spell at distance.
The game has its merit as the devs went through a hell of a time continuing its development, since jowood closed. The core gameplay is there, being very enjoyable, with its impeccable interface and ui. Dialogue scenes are very rough, but it's a joy to play it as it's what got out after DragonStorm. Price is also adequate, and regarding graphics, it's adequate to an RTS. It doesn't need to be a Watchdogs, and I on't recall an RTS/RPG with such nice graphics around besides W...
Nice review but wrong in an aspect:
"(...)but the player has not choice over which path they take with neither their skills nor the specialities." - Disable automatic skill/spell assignment and you can do whatever you want and even lvl up chars in different trees. You can turn a swordsman in to a spellcaster after some lvls.
Nice contribution, thanks.
You should take a look at these pc games, you'll probably find some that you'll like ^^ and most of them are free nowadays. You have nothing to loose.
The android list is a bit awkward... First comment on the android top from MrBigWaffles with a custom list fits better.
I like the Recettear game, it's very casual and easy to pick. I've seen a similar game in Kongregate but it's full of restrictions for the dev's profit. Does anyone know any game similar to this one?
A bit pushed :\, about 180 euros... not very affordable.
"we want to be 90 plus Metacritic at everything.
LOL they can only raise it with an army of score 10 paid reviewers submissions. It's funny to read the 10's: "Awesome game, best experience you'll have, what games are mean to be, bla bla" lol
I like the "you can't please everyone" argument. It's so funny in this case. ^^
Many. Desert Strike, Transport Tycoon, Pirates Gold!, Seven Cities of Gold, Settlers 2, Space Quest V, Prince of Persia, Dune, Warcraft, Gran Prix 2, and many more to name a few.. Spectrum and Amiga also had a few nice games.
Sorry about the tags but n4g is bugged these last few days. :S
They forgot ANGRY JOE! How could they miss that?! lol
N4G is full of errors recently. Whats happening?
Hmm I would call back all copies to warehouse and never release more mass effect again. There you go, literally. (lol)
