It's good someone is making noise because it's acceptable to kill people in 1000's of ways but to put some adult content creates a lot of buzz. Quite cynical I might add. Anyways, the Japanese make nice adult oriented content games. Take Rapelay as an example, although the theme is controversial, it had nice graphics and interaction. Its mechanics could be used for a more acceptable theme. Cheers
Many amiga32 games were also known of its awesome soundtracks.
There were many things fixed since the release. I personally witnessed some few minor bugs that were worth mentioning, but soon fixed. And the thing is, regarding what's out there, Skyrim is a lot ahead with its content. The game is simply away more ambitious than most of the hyped games we see.

They don't care about it. They just rush people in to buying games, make the circus and move on after some time. A nice example of that in the pc platform is the Need For Speed Hot Pursuit from 2010.
