Do me a favour my friend. Stop posting.
Meh, I really liked RE5. Not right up there with RE4 but it was still a great game. The only thing they need to work on more in the next one is the scare factor.
I see the wii-hating bandwagon are out in force again spewing their usual drivel.
Keep up the good fight, you guys are so cool.
I've never seen so much groveling in my life.
Sorry, the games great and all and this is welcome, but I draw the line at getting on my hands and knees.
Far Cry had propane tanks. It had barrels as well though, but maybe propane tanks will be the new red barrels. From one cliché to another.
As long as they go boom and enemies die it's all good.
I love barrels really, yes they are a cliché but when you shoot one and 4-5 or more enemies get hit and fly through the air (preferably with limbs flying off as well and lots of blood) it is a satisfying gaming moment.
I haven't played Thief 3 in a couple of years, all this talk of The Cradle makes me want to play it again. I've got it somewhere, I might dig it up and install it.
I haven't played it for a couple of weeks but have they sorted out a better lobby system? It got a bit annoying coming out of a match and then having to go through the match making thing again.
Maybe it's because I'm a console multiplayer n00b and wasn't doing things right, I don't know.
Yeah you make a good point, there have been several games in the past that have had no protection whatsoever and they have gone on to sell well. Which shows that a lot of companies just don't see that a lot of their anti-piracy methods are neither wanted or needed.
Having said that, there have been games that have deserved to sell like hotcakes and been hit very badly by piracy. Look at Crysis, one of the best games in recent years on the pc and also one of the most downloaded. I...
I agree, the only people that suffer from DRM are the people that actually buy the games.
Piracy is a serious issue, and DRM isn't the answer. The thing is I'm not sure what they can do tbh.
That has absolutely nothing to do with this article.
I like reading GamesTM as well from time to time, they often have some great articles, and also have some good retro stuff. One of the better multiformat mags.
Machinarium is a fantastic little game if you've ever been a fan of point and clickers. Great art style as well.
For once you say something I agree with. If only they'd stayed with Nintendo.
The Thief series are some of my favourite games, and although Thief 3 was slightly consolized (although not as much as Deus Ex 2) I still really enjoyed it.
I'll be looking forward to this.
That video has now imprinted '.com' into my short term and possibly long term memory. I shall go to bed tonight dreaming about various .coms and will likely wake up saying 'I'm awake.com' before going downstairs and making myself some toast and tea.com.
Thanks.com.
The only magazine I buy on a monthly basis is Retro Gamer. The pc magazines like Pc Gamer and Pc Zone just aren't as good as they used to be, I used to buy them every month.
I buy console mags every once in a while I suppose but the fact is the internet has changed things a lot, you can find most stuff out yourself now so reliance on gaming magazines for news and info is not as strong as it once was.
I must admit I had to look for help on a few of the Zelda games. Mostly Ocarina of Time and A Link to the Past. The only time I needed a guide with Twilight was fighting against Ganon.
A Wii apologist? Not really, I am a gamer though. I enjoy playing games on all the systems I own and play games on the Wii as much, if not more, than on my ps3.
It's always the same people that come into Wii articles and slag it off for saying it hasn't got any games worth playing when it's blatantly untrue. You may not like the games or think they aren't very good but that's just your opinion. And fair enough everyone's entitled to an opinion. But let's take a look at some of th...
