Is Kevin Rudd trying to give Hu Jintao a run for its money on who can act like a bigger oppressive dictator?
From an economics perspective, exclusives are a good thing. I realize that from a gamers perspective on a limited budget, you might disagree wanting to be able to play all the games that you want to play without having to buy multiple consoles - but this isn't new. Exclusives aren't going to stop since they are as old as the console business (nor should they stop since they drive competition - a necessity if you care about good games).
On a personal note, I do hate the wining a...
I'm not in the 40% either. By the time I finished the campaigns, I had had enough RA3. It just wasn't good enough for me to bother playing online. And as for C&C4 requiring you to be online all the time? I just won't buy the game. Well, I might once in a few years once it hits 10 dollars.. Any single player game that requires a constant internet connection isn't worth more than 10 dollars.
I know what I'll be doing after work! The economic management genre really needs a boost since I've been pretty disappointed in just about everything that has come out in the past 5 years...
I don't know about tears, but I'm very happy to hear a developer take story telling in video games so seriously!
Black Hawk Down also had a killer sound track!
Why deny it and close the door to future possibilities when you can just avoid it and make up your mind later?
I don't have a PS3, but I think this game should make its way over there so more people can enjoy the series. Great games should be shared!
I'm excited that Tropico is getting a proper sequel. Too bad I'll have to wait a bit longer for it, but I hope it is a good game and that it sells well. This whole genre of games has been suffering for quite some time and needs a good boost!
I actually didn't mind the dialog, I just didn't like the male Shepherd's voice acting. I was always really annoyed with it. The female Shep was way better and had some personality to her voice.
Pseudo-LAN =/= LAN.
You're not fooling anybody.
And if you got it when it was half off it was the price of a single video game. The only time I get when people complain about it being too expensive is when they do a simple cost-benefit analysis. It may be too expensive for what you want out of it, but it isn't if it is useful to you.
Man, and I was just about to get some work done!
I got the BSOD all the time with ME. Honestly, if it wasn't for ME, I wouldn't be so bitter towards MS. However, nine years later with Win7 I may be willing to bury the hatchet since the RC has been looking so nice that I actually went out and preordered a MS product (mostly to get the discount), but still, a huge step.
No reason why this couldn't have happened a long time ago. Induction charging isn't new technology. Still, it's nice to have, especially since the old chargers require you to remove the M+
Man that environment looks awesome. I cannot wait for this game, which is rough since I know I'm going to have to do a lot of waiting!
They didn't say that it would be or even that it could be. That is just pure speculation, and speculation isn't enough to destroy my blind optimism :)
You also get Steam's whole collection of 360 and PS3 games too.
If you didn't want "the ending" spoiled, then why did you click on an article that is clearly about the ending of the game? I think you deserve to have "the ending" spoiled if that is the case!
Also, this game doesn't have one ending. It has at least two - so at most it spoiled one ending.
My guess is that you won't have realized what you will have caused until it is too late, even if you knew the spoiler. That seems like the most logical thing to me. Could definitely be wrong, but I'm pretty excited to find out!
Because wikipedia is a source, but not an ACADEMIC source - which all academic papers require. Lawyers don't need academic sources, they just need to get facts - or often enough, something that resembles a fact. I frequently use wikipedia for info in my job because I'm looking for some pretty quick and dirty information. Citing it in a term paper is a completely different story.
Plus they info they grabbed was pretty inconsequential to the case. It is just background info.
