I don't see how having some games support the wii u pro can be a bad thing. It delivers options to the gamer, Take smash bros for instance the fact that it supported Gamecube controllers was a great thing, it didn't mean however games like metroid prime corruption Red steel 2 and and Skyward sword didn't shine with the wii mote nunchuck set up. I predict companies will be very imaginative with the wii u gamepad and only use the wii pro as an alternative not as a primary controller...

I dunno I'd be surprised if they didn't show at least a quick teaser trailer for smash bros to rap up the show. An F-zero game is long overdue and I can only imagine how mind blowin it will look in HD. Starfox also seems pretty likely. I feel like Nintendo has learned from the 3ds launch and will give us a good amount of 1st party titles right of the bat. I expect to see some metroid and probably the new 3d mario game as well. Man I can't wait for e3!

he's actually pretty expressive in Skyward sword and also showed a lot of determination in many scenes. In fact Links emotions in Skyward sword drove the story more than they have in any other zelda game before it. sure he had different facial expressions in Windwaker but none of them really mattered toward the story and were more comedic than anything.
The Wii U tablet could actually be a real game changer here without really doing too much other than displaying, subs, coaching options, plays and stats. It would clean up the game screen considerably and make using plays and subbing much more functionally. Looking forward to this!
I dunno about it being bland, NSMB wii's early stages were a bit less exciting but I thought things definitely livened up later in the game, not to mention the final level was pretty fantastic. Overall NSMB was a great game, could they have pushed the envelope a bit? sure would have loved for them to do something similar to DKC returns in terms out art style but the fact that the game is still a blast to play kind of makes it a non issue for me.

I don't understand why Gamers put down other systems just because they are not like the system that they play most. If all the systems were exactly the same what would be the point? yea I don't support this game at all but you can't really fault their strategy. And yea it is pretty sad that this is what spyro has become, the first 3 games were great.
I must say the whole concept of Skylanders is pretty brilliant in terms of making money. The game itself is pretty expensive and on top of that you have to buy and collect all those toys. And we all know how obsessive kids can be about collecting.
