I would rather upgrade my pc (at a lower cost) then pay $700 for a ps4. And if I were to pay $700 in upgrades for my pc , it would make the ps4 look like a hand held device compared to my pc.
As it is now ,I am a ps3/pc gamer, but there is no way I would pay that kind of money.
Hey dude... minecraft ain't on steam, so why would it be on the steam box.
And believe me,PC gamers wouldn't dump their rigs and jump on the console band wagon for convenience... atleast not any one who considers themselves to be a true PC gamer.
And why would Skyrim and Minecraft not be successful on xbox if it was on steambox? Can't games be successful on more then one platform?

I've been playing GTA IV and RDR for years, I have never had any problems with either game.
Someone want to tell me what was so inferior about the PS3 versions. I am pretty sure that any grphical differences is so miniscule that you wouldn't even notice any difference in game play.
I also like the fact that GTA V will only be a single disc game for the PS3 unlike the 360 version.
In my opinion , GTA V is a must have game day one, I can't wait for the pc edition. I will buy it on ps3 first and maybe on steam if there's a weekend deal or something. But it's not a game i would ever beable to wait for knowing it's out on consoles ( mods or not).
Kids see more garbage on tv and netficks then f*cken cod. Most of you guys that blame parents for this or that don't even have kids, please give it a rest.
I promised my 11 year old son that I will buy him Bop2 if and only if he improves his grades in school (btw , I play cod aswell), and I feel fine about it. When I get GTA V i will even let him play that, as long as he behaves and does well in school.

I game on pc and ps3 , I am not about to wait for months after the console releace just to play it on my pc when I can play it on my ps3 ... that would just be stupid.
So what is your reason for waiting for the pc version (which could come out 6 to 12 months later) over the console version, are you one of thoughs "PC elitist"?
I don't know where you live , but where I am from the stores don't refund games, they will only exchange it for another copy unless the game is unopened.
I don't own the game yet... sounds like I had better wait for a fix... if that ever happens.
You don't really think that an "R" rated CoD would really weed out the tweens do you? Kids are going to get the games they want no matter what the rating.

I think you guy's are forgetting the most important thing, and that is replay value.
It doesn't matter how long a game is if there is replay value to keep you coming back for more.
well then there is no need for this update if your ps3 isn't online. After all ,you need ps+ and you need to be online to us the 1GB to save.

Parents should be educating themselves about how online transactions work when it comes to consoles. It's called parental control , but the problem is that alot of parents have no clue about any of this.
I am a parent, and my kids can't buy anything online with out either myself or my wife to do it for them.
I'm a pc/ps3 gamer and I care so much that I didn't even read the article and give that site anymore hits.
Although there are advantages to pc gaming, but I am not going to fall for the BS line of which platform is superior over another.
