I'm not sure what you're getting at, are you saying you don't pay for dlc on PC? I use steam and origin. and most dlc isn't free or cheaper then the console version for that matter.
Most devs wont work for free, so if you got rid of paid dlc then all you're left with are mods and next to nothing for add on content. Mods aren't a bad thing, but if it was left to the moding community do you think they would have come up with dragonborn or Dawnguard for Skyrim?
Sony has nothing to do with online passes, that would be publishers like EA & Activision who implement that. And online passes are completely different from what MS is planning on doing with XB1.There will be no borrowing or renting games on XB1 platform, only buying.

Well sony does have this thing called the ps eye, it also has a mic built in it. My kids use the ps eye when gaming online instead of a headset.
If I am not mistaken, the ps4 will have the new ps eye cam/mic bundled with it. Sony has all the means necessary to use voice commands if they choose too.

Hell, I don't even need an online connection to play most games on steam or Origin. You sure as hell don't need one with this gen of consoles, and it would be a bad idea if you need one with next gen consoles.
Edit: it's one thing to have online only games, but it's an entirely different thing to have an online only console.
Anyone who thinks that the 7850 is a low or even med range card is either very arrogant or just plane stupid.

How is steam DRM? I could lose my internet and still play all my games in offline mode , you don't need an internet conection unless a certain game requires it.

Well I would agree with you if the game was broken , but it's not and never was. The servers were the problem, and I expected this would happen months ago when I decided to buy the game.
Anyone who thought that there would be a smooth launch with an online only game was only fooling themselves. The servers are up and running now, the only thing not working is the leaderboards.

I use psn, steam, and origin for digital downloads,but I am not a satisfied customer. When my bandwidth will alowe me to download in a reasonable time frame (not hours) then I will accept this as the norm, until then ...no.

considering how many AAA games on pc are actually ports fron console games, one would think that the support should be on the console rather then the pc.
