Remember that Warhawk 1 was a flight combat game on ps1. Then they made it into an awesome tps for the ps3.

Warhawk was well known as an awesome online only game with 32 max players.
A sequel just needs 64+ players, building combat, better graphics & designs,load outs & squads, and it'll be awesome - ie MAG with vehicles.
Starhawk being a MMO makes me think it is not so much a Warhawk 2 but a new IP. Should still be good but I want a true Warhawk 2 game.

I believe MAG and BFBC2 are the best FPS on the console to date, so much fun especially with team work. How better the sales would be if the Halo & Mw2 fans would drag themselves away from their favorite game to seriously try BFBC2 & co.

But new maps needed in different climates and night warefare. MAG would be insane with night matches with/without night vision googles, & add gas mask.
btw. Don't abandon MAG zipper. This is a great shooter franchise akin to Battlefield, that could become mindblowing with improvements after improvements. MAG 2 for sure, Socom 4, meh.

There's no doubt that BC2 is better than MW2. But so too is MAG which has the same basic gameplay as BC2.
Now it's a matter of whether they can win over the hearts of the MW fans.
Constant respawning, small maps, continuous health regeneration, lone wolving, and spawn camping just gets boring, fast.
The MW, Halo, BF, Socom, KZ fans like a particularly type of play and usually remain loyal.
BF3 may beat MW in reality but will need to overcome the loyalty factor of the fans.
MAG got alot of criticism from loyal MW fans(including reviewers)even though the basic gameplay was superior to MW2
But for the destructible environments and vehicles, BC2 & MAG are very similar, and equally fun, games.
Keep up the fine tuning zipper and bring us a sequel.
And most of them are against Sony & the Ps3.

btw. I'm very good at KZ2 and enjoyed playing it. But MAG and BC2 are now my FPS of choice. Awesome games.
MAG is a highly underrated game. Greatgame unless you're with a lot of noobs and lone wolves.
It deserves a sequel. In fact, it should become a Ps3 franchise MP staple, with yearly releases with noticeable improvements - like CoD was with WW2 shooters with a different developer each year.
I don't care about better graphics. Just want it to deliver at least what BF 1943, MAG and BFBC2 are delivering at the moment - fun MP, with lots of players on big maps.
A first person Starwars game, with light saber fighting using the Move would be fun.
But Sony, should be promoting the Move to eventually be the next generation controller for Ps3/4.
Also they should have made the controller using an independent electro-magnetism detector, rather than visual detection using the eye toy.
Move is ideal for shooters that require quick, precision aiming - which most shooters do.
KZ3 might be frustrating for Move users, if it has the same controller lag used in KZ2 for weighty realism.

I only got a 360 because of Halo3 and Gears.
Let us dream the unlikely, just a little bit longer.
Please, let it not be Twisted Metal. Such out dated gameplay. At least ModNation Races brings something new and fun to the genre.
Hope its a new IP, especially he really likes games like Gears, MGS4, Gow3 etc, etc.

I 100% believe
that a Ps3 is more powerful than 100% of PCs
especially at providing 100% next gen HD gaming
when the PCs only have 256 System Ram, 256 GPU Ram, a 3 year old multicore processor, & a first generation/new Operating System
