My fault. I thought your death is counted when you actually die.
I never took notice of the k/d ratio as I'm was more interest in just winning a match...or being instrumental in doing so.
Looking forward to snapping the necks of those annoying snipers.
They might think about increasing the font size of the kill points and maybe flash "... kill streak" like some other popular shooters do. lol.
Also, I hope there are many mechs/jet packs on a map...not just one item in KZ2 with everybody fighting over it.
Mech vs mech vs jetpack vs jetpack games would be mindblowing.
Too hard on noobs
Although being revived in the heat of battle is not ideal, the fact is you were going to bleed out and die.
So even though you MAY die after being revived, you were going to die anyway. :op
..
Just hope the spawn flares are gone from KZ3.
So you're saying the graphics are as good as KZ2
...and everybody knows that KZ2 and Uncharted 1/2 set the standards for console graphics.
Great going, bright spark.
btw....it's clear that they are focusing on improving gameplay, functionality, & 3D rather than ...
Warhawk is brilliant
If it had CoD4 or Battlefield like graphics, weapons, vehicle and settings then it would have easily been as popular online as MW.
Absolute true.
I started off playing Warhawk online before I ever tried Halo. Warhawk is easily a more enjoyable experience.
Halo looks pretty and has all the fancy toys, but it got boring... and very frustrating ... very quickly.
I mean, there's nothing on the consoles that can compete with the exhilarating aerial combat of two teams seeking to dominate the skies/map in Warhawks, let alone what's happening on the ground.
<...
Warhawk is the best online experience to date. 16 vs 16 with good players is mind blowing.
Only noobs don't like rockets in KZ2. The only real problem with KZ2 online was the stupid spawn flares ... with stupid placement or spawn/nade fests. GG should have copied the spawn zones from Warhawk.
Warhawk is the best 3rd person shooter to date
...with a Dpad and stick on the move, you could do most of what the Nav does, on the one controller.
Alternatively, Sony would have just needed to make one kind of controller, instead of making two different types; you just need to buy one controller for each hand.
This is not rocket science, Sony!
Looks and plays okay for a 3rd person shooter.
But apart from Gears or Warhawk, 3rd person shooters just seem less involving....especially with no iron sight shooting you get with FPS.
Plus, just like Resistance all those vehicles and you can only do nada with them...even if just being silly or lazy.
Zipper better get this game out asap, and focus on perfecting its new "potentially great" franchise MAG.... with more maps, tanks and ...
It is awkward to hold the DS3 with one hand as it wasn't designed to be done so.
But it's the Move that does all the moving(lol) so just rest the DS3 on something solid(eg. your thigh, bed, chair arm rest), and then it feels alright with just one hand.
Did he just say the vehicles are only the Jetpack and Mech?
I want a tank....or a jeep to burn around a map running over enemies(cough, cough Warhawk!!).
Maybe KZ4 we will get all the vehicles including Aircraft or Intruders.
...is getting rid of the spawn flares. If this is so, then this alone would make KZ3 a better game than KZ2 as you have to fight for, and maintain, your spawn points.
Hope they have tanks and all weapons are made available to truly let loose the dogs of war.
MP is truly sorted. Just now hope they get the SP right with good story and characters.
Sucker Punch really needs to add a MP or RPG component to this franchise.
Fighting others around the world...taking their powers...developing even greater ones ...to be the God of all super-powered heroes/villains.
I would have been good if he did the demo, directly in front of the big screen.
Oh, well....look left....look right....look left again...then right....
Would have loved to have seen how responsive the controls are.
It's more of a tweet then chirp. Where's da birdy, where's da birdy?!
I hope the new spawning system means the spawn flares are gone.
Looks like GG has finally started doing what other main FPS developers have been doing for eons
KZ2 needed vehicles what with great games like Halo, Warhawk, BC having them plus the vehicles in KZ2 SP were awesome to use.
The ranking in in KZ2 was a joke. Now, GG has done what the others do. Good.
Likewise with spawn points like other shooters...avoiding spawn/...
Move was inevitable for shooters as it allows fast accurate aiming.....MAG, Socom 4, KZ3 etc.
Also, just like I said with KZ2, MAG needs (more) vehicles to add a whole new dimension to gameplay/combat.
As a diehard warhawk fan, MAG makes me desire more that Warhawk 2 becomes a FPS but with 60 players online instead of 200+
It's great to see vehicles are now added....hopefully tanks and jeeps as well.
But what made KZ2 a spawn/nade fest was the spawn flares. KZ2 MP would have been so much better with no spawn flares.
I hope GG has removed them for KZ3 Mp...and just have spawn zones or spawning off team mates like most shooters have.
Other than the shooters, I just want to play table tennis and spin that ball all over the table.
