You talk about Halo is a disaster? Have you looked at GT7 news lately and even before recent shady practice that it didn't reach 90 metacritic. Now it's 87 metascore and a 1.7 user score. The king is back? Smh

Yes Sony can move more to PC but, their lack of studios will start to come into play. They will not be able to physically produce as many games as MS. Look at the gap between releases at the end on last year. It takes time to make good games. Xbox has about 30 studios. It's not impossible for them to release a game every month for the foreseeable future and that is something Sony has never done.
Have you not seen Sony fans defending it on this thread. Smh

This is not a bug this is something they added after launch to get on purpose. Just to get better launch reviews to sell more games. Are you ok with them doing that?

From the the comments here MS buying Bethesda and Activision was no big deal. Is there a reason people think all of these studios will stop producing games in a timely manner? This is not the same Microsoft of the past. They have much more studios and the money to get things done.
I like that you added a Microsoft game to that list. A game is a game no matter who makes and profits from it.
Same thing happens with the Forza series. People like to nit pick.
That's why they leave it out in the review version. This way Developers keep that part out of the review so they can avoid the heat from microtransactions. Smh

How is it an "Arm race " between Sony and Microsoft? Sony can't out spend Microsoft. That's a fact. How is it a race when they are not on the same level. Just look at the Bungie deal. Sony couldn't pay enough to make them exclusive.

Sales numbersmbers don't really matter until supply of both have increased. Xbox and PS5 are selling as many as they make and are selling out quickly.

700+ old games compared to day 1 new titles. These are old games you probably already owned and now have to pay for a service to pay them again.
Also, look at all the money you save because you don't have to pay $70 for a new game. Just one example ,Sony owners have to pay $70 each for Sony's "MLB the show '21 and '22 while they are included day 1 with Gamepass. That's the big advantage of Gamepass over PS+. Sony can't afford...
