What games are you looking forward to this year?

@shadowT
That is not how investments work. I buy real estate. Say I buy a house for $50,000 and rent it for $1000 a month by your logic it takes me 50 months to recoup my money. That's the wrong way to think about it. Because if the value goes up or stays the same I can sell the property for what I paid for it or more in the future plus, I keep all the money I got paid for rent.
This is a long term investment . They bought this for cash. This investments will ma...

Sony couldn't afford to not release at least on PC. But, look at their Bungie deal. Sony is keeping that multi platform. It would be best to put stuff on as many platforms as possible.

@neurtal

What are you talking about? I was responding to @onelove comment about not understanding the hate in this thread.

I don't understand your post at all. Please explain

@punk and @AmUnRa

I never said the game was free. I said it was free with Gamepass. That mean no extra charge with Gamepass to play. I think the subscription service Gamepass is an excellent value.

GTA5 is free with Gamepass right now so, a lot of people are playing it. How us it an ad when they are showing you a game you can already play for free?

The should have put it on Xbox also.

Funny thing is Microsoft can afford to buy Sony.

@Clayrules
Sony took the last Street fighter and Final fantasy.

979d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

How much has Sony spent to take games away from other platforms? The last Street fighter, FF, deathloop, etc... How many studios has Sony bought?

Sony was trying to buy Starfield, Microsoft found out and bought the whole company . Microsoft is finally getting the head in the game and putting their money to work. It's nothing desperate or pathetic about it. It's bringing incredible value to all of their customers. Constant flow of new and classic games how is t...

I starting to miss people saying "Xbox has no games!" even when it wasn't true. Now no one can say that with a straight face.

Gamepass is really a good service maybe one day it will be on Playstation. That's what I think the long game is. Gamepass will have so, much content at a good price that PS owners will demand it. Your thoughts?

979d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Didbyou feel the same way when Sony bought studios? Remember they were worried Sony was going to buy Stanfield and make it an exclusive FF and the previous street fighter, deadloop, ghost wire, etc....
Sony could always allow Gamepass on PS5 like they finally did with EA.

Sony is only about @16% of COD revenue. People overstate how much revenue COD makes from Playstation

That was fast. Lol

It's going to run and look a lot better on my PC with RT and everything maxed i should be able to get a 60fps. You should see the detail on Spiderman at a solid 60fps. Sony does a great job on their ports.

@darkZane
Wasn't DirectSorage part of the Xbox series X velocity architecture back in July 14, 2020. That's a year before this game came out.

So, when Sony said it could only run on PS5 it wasn't true.

@fr0sty
I think your performance numbers are. I checked DF to make sure.
The PS5 runs this game at:
Quality mode dynamic 4k that drops as low as 1800p @ only 30fps
Performance w/o ray Trace 1800p dynamic and 60fps
Performance with Ray trace 1440p at 60fps.
So where do you get 4k@60 from. Did I miss something?

Please explain the good thing the FTC is doing with the ABK deal and it's not what Sony has been doing for decades?
