A new Zelda is already in development.
Rumor is we may hear something at E3 about it.
Looks pretty kool.
Dam some of your guys hate too much.
I'm a Apple fan and I don't hate on MS this much.
My bets are:
360 with tilt controllers and smaller processors.
360 with HD-DVD built-in.
Mini Zune
Zune 2.0
Zune/phone
MS brings back webtv.
Next Gen 720 coming out X'mas 2008
It didn't pop up when I looked for duplicates.
He's not a banker he's an analyst for Bank of America. BoA is the largest bank in the US.
You send a wire transfer in and out of this country it usually goes through Bank of America.
Wish we had that here. Anythings better then those ol powerpoint Ad's.
Nintendo has sold over 3.3 million VC titles online.
Most every Wii gamer I know owns more then say Wii Sports.
I mean I own 12 games and I'm not even buying on a regular basis.
Your right I was looking at an old chart.
The Xbox beat the GC by about 2.5 million.
What are you smoking.
The Xbox never even got out of 3rd place.
Hell MS even stopped making them while Sony churns out PS2's and Nintendo churns out GC's still.
Bloody:
A lot of people would.
Besides Nintendo could drop the price $75 bucks and still turn a profit.
Hell dropping the Wii Sports game and the Wii would sell for around $200 bucks.
The GC was second place and the Xbox came in third.
GC still sells approx. 4k units weekly worldwide.
Do you even work in retail?
The attach rate for the Wii is 3.8 games per console sold.
Thats Targets attach rate. I should know I use to work for them.
I believe 6 have sold more then a million worldwide.
Super Paper Mario will join that club in about another month or so.
I tend to buy Wii games that interest me.
Nintendo fans are different.
Remember the smash my Wii video and then compare it to the smash my PS3 video.
PS3 fans gasped and the Wii fans just cheered it on.
I'm sorry the console is being moved by games..even if it's Wii Sports. And that game isn't free..we are paying for it. Otherwise we'd get the Wii for $210 approx.
Like all consoles we see cycles.
Atari was first then after the crash we had Nintendo...it then gave way to Sony and now the title is up for grabs..and is between the Wii and the 360 now.
Also the N64 wasn't in last place it was in second place to only the PS1.
The GC was still hold...
Currently the Wii is on track for around 12 million in sales by the end of 2007..maybe even more.
If it stays on track it could hit 24 million by the end of 2008.
Say what you want but the Wii will keep on selling and like the DS Lite we'll see a Wii update ever so often.
I think he's talking more about the genre of games on the PS3 and 360, not just certain games.
Take away FPS/TPS/and racing sims..and the PS3 and 360 look empty.
Hell the only reason I want a 360 or PS3 is for the racing sims and thats it.
FM2/Revo/Dirt/maybe the new PGR on 360 and GT5 on PS3.
I guess you never lived in the 80's or even the 90's.
Well the numbers are sure to jump again once Pokemon and Strikers hit the US.
Nice!
Impressive. I didn't think it would hit that well.
They both use AACS copy protection.
It's already been broken twice so far on both formats.
