Attach rate is at 3-4 games per Wii sold at Target and Wal-Mart.
Not to mention extra Wiimote, nunchuck, classic, and wiipoint card sales.

No it's not like a reg PC.
It's more like an older Mac with 3 PPC processors. Anyone with a Mac knows it takes a long time to convert from PC to the Mac ver.
So don't think it's as simple as flipping a switch. I'm willing to bet the conversion takes about 3-6 months to do.
MGS4, FF, and GT5 would have some HD sales but not this yr.
I think the physical yr ends at Sony around Oct or so.
So I'm guessing Fall 2008..probably for all 3 games.
PC World probably isn't sold on Blu-Ray or the current games selection or the total sales of the console.
With new HD disc technology coming out in the next 2-3 yrs..BR and HD-DVD will be out of date when Teradiscs start poppin up.

NPD also doesn't account for Wal-Mart...which is a big part missing.
