Same here. The game has never really shown off in a promising way. That's why I wasn't surprised it was delayed to 2016, it's obvious the game is going to be a huge mess. Hopefully Kotaku is wrong though. But look at The Order 1886, we were told that game wasn't every good and it ending up being true (although some of us could find enjoyment in what it offered)

Buying a 1080p in 2015 is the stupidest thing you could do since 4K is easily affordable. That XB1 deal though is pretty good for a bedroom or something but not for a main living room where you would want something big and future-proof.(I'd recommend the Vizio M-Series)
It's got a lot more hype than any other shooter coming out this year, on any platform.(Example: #6 on best-sellers right now in Amazon, months from release)
Beta is in 10 days too and that's when the hype will really start rolling.

It shouldn't matter though. Japanese gamers are usually quick to jump to next gen. this gen has been a big different due to the mobile gaming which is clearly the future of the Japanese gaming scene.
Good that games are being localized but not good that sales aren't that good over there. I'm sure it will have no problem being the best-selling console but the home connsole market and even dedicated handheld market has shrunk significantly over the years.
Those are a sure bet. Hopefully they follow their Batman model and release a basic PS4 with free game and a more limited customized console at $450.

Can you even still play that game online? Honest questions here, it must take forever for you to find a match in that game. (I even have a hard time finding games in Advanced Warfare Kill Confirmed on PS4 sometimes so I imagine the situation for Titanfall would be a lot worse.

XB1 is not doing favorably sales-wise compared to the 360 in the EU this time around.

MS has had FIFA exclusive stuff since the XB1 launch it hasn't changed a thing. Moneyhats only make a difference if you have a chance to win, and in the EU Microsoft doesn't' stand a chance against the PS4.
Some people just can't handle the truth. Xbox is just too much of an American brand to be of any real success outside of the US and UK.
And BTW there is already a game for every region in Europe. It's called FIFA and its especially popular with Playstation consoles.
Most people disagree. Even COD Ghosts has more of an online user base right now than Titanfall and people supposedly said that COD game sucked.
Nothing like Titanfall. More of a Destiny inspiration than anything else which itself had MMO/MOBA elements like the supers.
Mirrors's Edge did parkour way before Titanfall but you don't see people calling Titanfall a Mirror's Edge clone.
