-They tried to push the Kinect camera but since they saw that people didn't care for it they unbundled it and made it optional like PS4 did from Day 1.
-PS Plus offers free games every month. Microsoft only started doing Games With Gold recently to counteract that.
-PS4 had Twitch streaming built-in to the console on Day 1. Microsoft only added it months later.
