Hmm idk, 10 years of football and baseball, 7 basketball, even 4 golf (if you consider that a sport). Not to uncommon where I am from, plenty of my friends are into both as well. I do live in a small town that focuses on sports to be fair, so maybe it is just different here.

You can't really directly compare console power to pc power. It depends at how well a game is optimized. That being said, I think ps4 will be 30fps though lol.
I have several friends that didnt really get into gaming until after meeting me, they would of never played a lot of games if it werent for HD remakes. Hell, I would sacrifice the earth's population of sheep to get a Dark Cloud HD update = P

You are aware they made psp games, quite well I may add, and that thing only had 2 shoulder buttons, as well as 1 joystick. They could of made it work without touch controls.
Ollie Moss designed the R3 cover for them before, so it is not uncommon for Insomniac, lets hope this one turns out better then R3 = P

My problem is not just a Last of Us Sequel, people bitch and moan about no original games, sequel after sequel, when really they are just being hypocritical. ND gave us an amazing original IP in Last of US, but if you guys had it your way, we never would of got that, it would have been just another Uncharted!!! Think about that. I would rather have a new ip that blows my mind in the same way Last of Us did, not have ND be stuck in sequel hell.
Was afraid this would happen.. I love TLoU, best game ever in my opinion. But I didn't want a sequal, ND is so talented. UC is a great game, they cld of stuck with that and we never would of experienced TLOU. Idk maybe after this UC they will let it have a break and make something new.
I think it is kind of a common opinion that the general xbox crowd is the bro shooter type crowd. There usually isnt a wide diversity of exclusives, and the big games are bro shooters, like CoD, Gears, Halo, ect. The few you do see dont do to well, like Alan Wake. Maybe that will change though, I am sure MS will market Sunset Overdrive much better then Sony did for Insomniac (or any game for that matter).

Meh, Insomniac has done nothing but disappoint me for the past 5 years or so, they not only killed the Resistance franchise but even made less then mediocre R&C games. I hope for you X1 owners it is different, just saying dont get your hopes to high.

I loved Rogue Galaxy, played it late on my ps3, but you want a sequel? I felt like it was that girl that teases you, but will never give it up. The whole time I got this Dark Cloud feel, but never quite the satisfaction, like it was a gimped Dark Cloud, it had a lot of the things I loved about Dark Cloud, but every change they did have was for the bad. Enemy random encounters, weapon/equipment upgrades was a severe gimped mechanic, not town building and no crafting....
I loved the game too, slow start, but after sticking it out it consumed me. Great combat, beautiful, and omg did I get that studio ghibli inner child feel the whole time. The familiar design was fucking horrendous tho, out of the whole bunch I was only a fan of a handful. Overall great game, I really do hope there is another.
PC and then PS4 at some point in the future. I am sure not to far off, then again SoE still hasnt ported Planet Side 2 over yet lol, so who knows.
That is just in the UK tho.. the X1 is getting out sold by ps3 even in all of Europe week after week.
