This game is truly awesome. By far my favorite game ever. It's not perfect in every area (like the story), but the gameplay is ridiculously good. I haven't played a game on any other system that created the sense of immersion BotW did. I don't want to beat it yet until I've gotten all the shrine and maxed out certain armor.

That's my one problem with the Switch. I hope Nintendo addresses the save file issue. Other than that I absolutely love this console.

I don't think hybrid refers to only plugging the console to the TV. There is also being able to remove the controllers and share them.

I don't remember being able to plug my PSP to my TV. What controller would I have used with it?

Well that's the beauty of gaming, you have options. I love my Switch and I'll get a PS4 eventually.

3297d ago 2 agree1 disagreeView comment

No it doesn't. It's been getting 2 indie games a week.

3297d ago 1 agree2 disagreeView comment

You talk as if this is happening to all Switch owners. Name one console that didn't have some hardware or software issue at launch.

3297d ago 3 agree1 disagreeView comment

How widespread are the issues? People complaining don't know that. People tend to forget the vocal minority is usually loudest.

No one is arguing that the issues don't exist. Nintendo is fixing Joycons and relaxing docks for crying out loud. What else do you want them to do?

3297d ago 5 agree3 disagreeView comment

Nope not in the least. I don't have any of those issues abd I don't believe they're widespread. Furthermore Nintendo is replacing the docks and fixing Joycons. Every console that has ever launched has had one issue or another. People are acting as if Nintendo's launch is the worst in history. The Xbox 360 had a 50% failure rate at launch. Look it up.

Again the only people who are really upset are those who aren't going to buy the system (at least on thi...

I find it hilarious that on this site the people complaining about the Switch are those who don't own it.

That's your experience. That doesn't apply to everyone. The Switch has been a breath of fresh air for me when everything else has been stagnant.

ROFL. 1000 points for sarcasm.

3297d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

Good for you?

3297d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

Again not a widespread issue. People want to do anything to bring Nintendo down. If it's a significant enough population with this defect, Nintendo will respond.

Nintendo's IPs are also groundbreaking. Look at Mario Galaxy. Yes it's a platformer, and yes it uses Mario, but it plays differently from previous Mario games.

Everyone knocks Nintendo for reusing IPs but every other company does it.

The GameCube was cutting edge and look how far that got Nintendo. Look at Microsoft with the Xbox one.

You can't just do the same thing as your competitors and hope for the best.

3298d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

That's a silly argument. Consoles get hacked all the time and it has very little to do with how new the technology is.

Nintendo is a revolutionary company not iterative. I enjoy some Nintendo consoles because they provide a new experience to gaming. The portability of the Switch is a game changer for me. I'm playing on the switch more than any other console because I can dock it at home or take it on the go.

3298d ago 2 agree3 disagreeView comment

Why does Nintendo have to make M rated games (even though they have). What's wrong with Judy publishing the games?

Call of duty is garbage. It's a stupid rehash that I'm surprised people still gravitate towards. Want to play a good shooter? Try overwatch. GTA I would welcome, FIFA is coming to the switch.

I agree. They're often (but not always) immature and shallow. I say this with my not so fond memories of playing call of duty on the PS3.

My FF7 machine. I love the design of the device. It's a shame that most of the games weren't very portable.
