LBP is the only original game this generation. Everything else is a last-gen game with lots of next-gen polish and perhaps more numbers, as in "bigger, better and more badass", but to me this is the only truly next-gen game. This game didn't just need better graphics or better technology, but this game opens a lot of new possibilities for gaming.

Clifford's only OK game before gears was jack the jazzrabit. Jaffe has made God of War and Twisted metal, both of which are awesome. Jaffe also made calling all cars which is good, and a mickey mouse platformer which is better than the Jazzrabit.

You can't appretiate Resistance 2 in closed environments because it's meant to show Scope, not detail. Gears 2 on the other hand is meant to show detail, but it lacks scope. That's why it's mostly closed corridors and nothing is really open. I don't feel they showed the best of Resistance 2 in this video anyway, where is the Giant Monster? Where are the different enemies? Titans look much better in the latest installment and so do the chimera.
