last night. And if you had bothered to watch the video yourself (it's fairly obvious that most Sony fans don't, won't and haven't) you would have noticed them discussing some of this week's Sony related news.
and never a problem. I keep it flat, in a ventilated cabinet, and occasionally clean it. The power brick is in the open behind the cabinet. Since its now 6 months out of warranty, I occasionally open it and blow it out with canned air. This kind of equipment is not made to be hauled around to the buddies house in a backpack. Treat it right, and it will treat you right.
(which won't be available to everyone in five years, large swaths of north america do not even have cable TV forty years after its introduction) it takes a looooong time to down load any file as large as a video game or movie. Digital distribution is not going to be the top dog any time soon; possibly not for decades.
I'll definitely give it a try. Maybe even get the flight stick combo.

I haven't played anything else since it came out. I wish I could take it with me while I'm traveling.

(ugh, admitting that makes my skin crawl) Yes 360 fans (and I admit I am one) get off of it. A one week delay is nothing; it might even be considered the norm. How long was Forza delayed? Eight months?
Just give it a rest.
But, unless your HDTV has about a 10 ft screen, the difference between HD and standard DVD is pretty much nil for anime and cartoons.
My satellite provider gives me a hidef cartoon channel, and frankly, my reaction when I see it is "huh, big deal".
Don't take this as a reaction to other hidef video sources; just for this type of animation.
