Pretty f*ing sick of these deals for gold... was waiting to get DR3 to find out it was only 33% off (so much for 50% - 75% off BS).
So in the UK I can buy the disc new for £28 yet with M$'s awesome massive discount it's £40.. waste of time.
Maths helps. Xbox has sold roughly 62% the number of consoles of PS4. PS4 sold 575000 copies, Xbox sold 362500 copies... so Xbox sells 63% the number of Watch_dogs copies as the PS4. It's entirely proportional.
Using a highly anticipated multiplatform game, sold equally in porportion to console numbers, as a means to disprove the fact that Xbox has a marginally higher game uptake is laughable.
Ad revenue. Most link exchange websites use this method to retain a high number of visitors. Although I must say the sheer volume of uninformed opinions does stagger me.
Going to play the campaign from start to finish, then start into the juggernaut that is MP. Just WOW.
POI is one of my favourite shows on TV, each eposide covers a full story arch and is built into the overall season. Well written, good acting, entertaining. It amazes me poeople either havn't heard of or watched it.

Buld demo was Crackdown 3. Confirmed. It's CGI 'in-engine' trailer shows massive destruction with the the same physics as displayed in the demo.
Have not played this in over a month, it's fun and that's it.

Yea 360 shipped with Halo 2 backwards compatibility, and many more were added to the list after.
I was wrong to write cross platform initially I was thinking cross-generation, IMO true cross platform is Xbox to PC, PS to Xbox etc... So it was the first I knew of on Xbox, I think I heard of a PS3 game was cross-platform with PC too.
So yea didn't really think about what I was writing, my bad.
Ethernet port and Xbox Live - a working stable multiplayer network on console GTFO you'd be an offline gamer without MS... all the companies copy each others good ideas, that's how their games, and services, get better. Idiot.
So was I until I bought a few digital games. Don't get me wrong some of the DRM stuff was bad, but the always online was also to allow reselling/lending of digital titles.
So now as a result, if I want digital, I have to pay full RRP for a game that can never be lent out or sold. We all asking for these services now, and guess what, we can't have it as always online was the pirate protection. Great job internet, thanks /s

Average connection speeds are fine, if they get around the latency issue the average user should be good to go.
My real hope is that if it all works then 3rd parties will start using the tech.
Side note, It's really odd watching the objects drop from such a height at terminal velocity.
I'm not a big fan of Halo, or Crackdown and still I've got plenty to look forward to. But, that's all personal preference.
Also, Crackdown promises to bring new tech, I know it's allegedaly 'false PR' talk as asserted around here. However if it works practically all AAA games with use it, in one form or another, within the next 5 years.
I would, and will, play the enitre thing from start to finish. I've had Xbox since day one and never was a massive HALO fan but I did have fun with friends at various points thoughout the years.
It takes a special kind of idiot to claim that 4 full games remastered (two of which were revolutionary at their time), with over 100 MP maps and early acccess is a bad deal at $60.
The same people will say a 9 month old game remastered, at full price, is a great...
Cross-platform between X1 and X360 is much harder than say between X1 and PC (especially after DX12).
The first Cross-platform I played was SHADOWRUN (360 - PC), awesome game that was never supported :(
I was underwhelmed with the MS conference, as I knew most of the stuff already. So I kinda expected the Sony conference to blow me away only to see a few great exlusives, multiplats, lots of indies, Network Stats, TV, PS TV etc... Not to mention riddled with technical glitches.
As a presentation MS's was clearly better, as for GAMES content it was pretty even IMO, for entire content Sony won.

Oh okay didn't realise it was a whole new game, I thought it was similar to Far Cry Blood Dragon, which was only an add-on.
I find it strange calling LBP triple A (even though it's an awesome game) and calling Project Spark a small game which by any comparison is on much larger scale in scope and ability, not to mention cross-platform.
Indies was just an added thing don't really care for them personally.

See all those buildings collapse in the trailer, look at the cloud power build showcase in April, you'll see the exact same destruction physics.
It's clear their intention is to build fully destuctable envoiroment using cloud compute for physics and AI. It will be revoulutionary for consoles if it works, I'm optimistic although we're still somewhat in the dark and a few years off.
