Yup I'm the same, LIVE has worked consistantly for over a decade for me, a days maintainence here and there and downtime of 30mins - 2 hours max.
A single event from my ISP had me down a week, more than an entire decade with XBL.
Couldn't sign in for 20 mins last night, then back to normal. First downtime I've had since Xbox One's release.
The first Horizon was very different from Forza 4 (same concept Arcade & SIM). I like the SIM Forza 5 for a few races, but the arcade type gameplay of Horizon had me hooked for many hours at a time, it's a lot more FUN.. you might well enjoy as opposed to FM5.
Nah not at all bud, Lead design team on The Crew are the same people who done Test Drive Unlimited 1/2.. there's your real comparision. Horizon is very different IMO.

Yes they have, the past 5 years (end half of the 360 cycle) was highly profitable. I suppose you were talking about the 'estimated' figure of 5 billion total loss since OG Xbox (due to the vast cost entering the market and the few billion cost of 360s hardware failures).

Yup for exclusive, me too... the first Horizon was really awesome, great vibe about it, which was suprising considering I wasn't a fan of arcade type racers.
Looking forward to the 'seamless' multiplayer most, if it's anything like how well Ubisoft did it in Watch_Dogs, I'll be a happy boy!

I still go back to play Titanfall. As one of those people who said it 'gets boring quick' I am really suprised how much it draws you back in, nothing like it on the market.
Be great for all gamers once it goes multiplat everyone can enjoy the fast paced free-running awesomeness (not a massive fan of the Titans although they're the best AI backup imaginable).
If you buy Battlefield to play campaign mode, you're doing it wrong.
Yea I find it really cool too, nobody talks about it as it ain't 'gaming'. To be honest my 360/PS3 were on at most 2 hours a day. My X1 - the entire time. I also use smartglass on PC and Phone, really handy.
TV adverts come on, waiting in a lobby, waiting at a load screen... no problem, snap something else. Pretty much done away with all monotonous boredom caused when watching TV or waiting on stuff in games.
^ This. Media content streaming requires a lot of bandwidth, cloud compute does not, I'm at a loss as to how anyone can compare the two. If you've wrote code, in any form, you'll know this.
If you can play online games without lag the likelihood is cloud based calculations won't be a problem. Azure's widespread datacenters are perfect to provide the lowest latency possible.
