I tried to do some research, PS1-2-3 came out on Thursday-Friday-Saturday. So theres no correlation there I could find.
Somewhere between the 23rd of October and 16th of November. Sony won't miss black friday in the states. They seem to be good on production due to the large amount of pre-orders they seem to be giving out. So most likely October 23rd-26th range I think. Get the pre-orders out and than have a nice amount of stock for black friday shopping.

yeah I can't really disagree with you there haha. But it seems that AA is the biggest culprit of resources. Some of those ultra settings do just massacre a PC anymore.

Witcher 2 looks good yeah. But, Metro and Crysis destroy it. Metro last light is absolutely insane maxed out and Crysis 3 in 3D maxed out blew my mind. Walking through the fields with the grass swaying was seriously so awesome.
Even BF3 is amazing looking!
Wow. If we could have all the gameplay/action of today and play a game that looked IDENTICAL to that in-game not as a cut scene pre-rendered, that'd be so awesome!! That swamp with the moon would make for an epic Killzone setting.

That's laughable. Clearly you didn't read my comment that says I play on high by choice, because obviously a wal mart special PC does that. I have a 2600K and SLI GTX 680 at 5760x1080 and kill BF3. I still play on high, i don't need distracting light blinding me.

Only an idiot plays PC ultra for multiplayer, if you have a ridiculous rig and can still get 60 FPS than yeah. You can usually get away with it, but theres no use to having some of those settings on when you're looking at being competitive. I always ran BF3 on high, just to maximize frames on MP. BF4 looks sweet though!
