No it isn't, games aren't going up. EA has learned it's lesson and Activision can't change the game on their own. Game development should reduce this gen with the fact that consoles are even more PC centric now. Just some new added effects, extra ram and resolution to play with.

This game looks good. I'm glad it's free and I don't have to purchase the add-ons. I love racing games every once in awhile but i never finish even 1/4 of them. So for me having a quick racing fix is awesome.
