Huh? Did you even read my name? I was the 1st comment on the PS4 price drop story and had over 300 agrees saying it was game over. The PS4 is in a great place and Sony just needs to maintain status quo to be #1 for the next 10 years. I'm not buying an Xbox one, I pre-ordered a PS4 a minute after it was announced.
I'm just not foolish enough to underestimate the foolishness of consumers in America. They'll buy anything, unfortunately lots of stupid people live here...

I know right? It was such a hassle after Sony announced the price, opening a new tab typing in amazon.com and "PS4" in the search bar and clicking "order" and than waiting at my house for it to be delivered to my door on launch day. THE HORROR!
People want them first, who are you to judge? oh and you have absolutely no clue how easy they are to produce.
Microsoft has some awesome deals with companies for XBL etc and some great studios, they just suck. They make what should be a good console and than piss off the public by restricting everything. They too often look at what fit's their business model regardless of if it fits in with what the public wants.
i was excited for a new xbox, but since the day it was officially announced I haven't had an ounce of interest.

YEAH!! At least I am in the Amazon launch edition lol. I pre-ordered last night at 10:13, I literally looked on amazon the second they announced it and snatched it up just in case :) I'll be getting mine day one no doubt! EXCITED!!!
Of course they do. Which is why they went out and made a logical, dev friendly console that didn't break the bank or become a fortune to produce. They aren't throwing in crap we don't need and forcing purchases. Right now they are smart business men. i won't buy a PS MOVE/EYE at launch but if I have a console I may someday. Rather than be FORCED by Microsoft, no F'ing way, I choose, not you.
I know man, I'm US so I never get screwed. But Sony's arrogance and extravagant prices ($500/$600? F that.) really ruined it for me. It took a price drop to $299, me wanting a blu-ray player and my dire love for all things God Of War to break. Than after that I couldn't touch my xbox I was so disinterested in Halo, halo, Gears, halo, gears, forza, halo, gears, halo and so on.
Sony KNEW once Microsoft announced they'd be looked at as saviors. Good on them, for too long they took the "we know better" approach. Well, the roles have flip flopped and i can safely say Sony gets my money day 1 this time. Last time it was Xbox 360 but I can't support Microsoft on this one, plus outside of Forza and KI (which they really are ruining) I have no interest in the other 1st party games.

next to the two ports on the front on the left of the console under the sony sign, it's all black so it seems hidden but it's there, look closely. i saw some photos on playstation.com and they showed it a little better.
