We're witnessing the slow death of DICE. BFront 1, ME:C/BF1, BFront 2, BFV, and then 2 years making 2042 have all but killed them off. In that order starting in 2015 these guys are stretched thin. We can assume DICE is a team as big as, let's say Naughty Dog, but with absolutely no time to breathe. EA has milked them for all their worth and I honestly don't think they'll be around in the next 5 years.

Right now just based entirely on the intros of the games since I haven't played much beyond the first hour, Persona 5 does a way better job at hooking you. They're extremely similar games with the difference so far that I've noticed is that one is way more biblical and religious and the other is more of a teen action/action/suspense/drama. So it's entirely up to the individual which setting they like the most.

The world is a big place and in many of these places wifi isn't a thing because the internet isn't a thing. A handheld would mean portability which would mean you'd need a connection wherever you are at all time and that isn't possible. I've gone to a beach where mobile network does not reach and thats here in the states, many dead spots in the states.
