This was some money laundering scheme because this shut down was way too quick. Same with Concord, ain't no way these companies would willingly just waste money into making something that is guaranteed to flop unless they're doing it on purpose. Ain't no way that rather than work to improve their game and make it more successful over time they would just shut it down unless there was some shady reason behind it. Refuse to believe that it's all just people being THAT dumb.
The cut to black when the camera dives under water is hella sus lolz. I betcha underwater won't look nearly as good as the shit in the trailer.
LOL
this is some weird psychological trick. Companies say the most delusional/out of touch statements that completely contradict everything they've done over several years. They do so to gaslight those who see them for the failures they are and to feed into the delusions of fanboys that have unhealthy parasocial relationships with a product/brand. It is extremely weird how people/companies can do the most f*cked up things, lie, scam, be the cause of peoples financial woes, even b...
GOW has the potential to be spinoff'd into games about other gods. A game about Atreus becoming Loki with a trickster mechanic where the story changes depending on your method of tricking other characters would be hella interesting. More so if they bring Atreus to whatever other patheon they might have planned for Kratos. Actually would be a missed opportunity if they don't make Atreus in a reoccurring character in future games. He could easily be the Patches of the GOW franchise.
They did Atreus dirty in Ragnarok. His design doesn't match at all the way he behaved and his personality. They didn't write him to come into his own, instead they wrote him as an obnoxious modern day teenager, acting out and being cringe all the way through. I was hoping to see him become Loki but nope.
PS1 classics on PS3 were 5 bucks bro. You've got to be completely brain dead to honestly believe that a 22 year old game being released through emulation is worth 20 bucks. There's absolutely no effort being put into this. Mega-Man Battle Network collection exists, that has online trading, and pvp and includes EVERY BN game with alternative versions.
They could've easily included both Red/Green in a bundle, have online play, online trading, HOME integration which they re...
The irony is that it's actually humans ruining everything.
There are people defending paying 20 bucks individually for 20+ year old games running through emulation. Peak ridiculousness.
We're so used to believing that the shuttering of a business is due to them being a financial failure but I think these last 6 years have really made people more aware just how corps run ish. The whole live service initiative was the idea of someone placed above all these studios and all these studios were lead to failure. The guy responsible was allowed to "retire" to avoid even more backlash but by then we already knew. Rather than take responsibility and take the loss they sh...
Gonna be an awkward conversation when you tell your wife she's gotta keep that kid in her a few more months cause GTA's been delayed again
I'll always like the idea of multiplayer. But the execution of every aspect of multiplayer games since the service crazy began has not been very good. These games in general are held back severely due to being made with the intent of sucking the player base dry of their money. Even before the service fad you had map packs, and MP tacked onto every sequel which only served to fragment player bases and make ya buy the next game out of fear of missing out on the next big thing. Then again pe...
Unreal slop it looked from its first preview and unreal slop it turnt out to be. No need to pay any amount of money nor effort to smear something so visibly mediocre. Funny how history repeats itself. Always the hype of some so-and-so rockstar from the industry falling short of high expectations they themselves set. Either chasing old glories or chasing the golden goose.
There's been non announced lolz
The fortnitification of modern mp games continues! All I wanted was Factions 2. I don't care for MP games but Factions slow pace tactical gameplay was genuinely fun. I'll never not be bitter about it's cancellation.
If they spent just as much effort improving the Epic Store as this guy does complain about Steam then maybe they would've set a new standard by now. Thnx for all the free games tho.
Ironic. Also I guess the whole "fk Konami" phase is over now that they're selling remakes of already great games. People are easy to please, just rattle pretty graphics them.
Digital currency should be considered as legitimate as actual money. You buy it with real money, and has an equal exchange. So I fully agree with this and anything else that favours the consumer when it comes to digital currency in games.
"I like Ubisoft and their games and don't care if they fire their employees for no reason at all" is such a weird logic to have. I'm assuming the one person and anyone else who hits disagree must think that way.
Because they're saving that for the PS6 to lure in all the suckers that will think they're making a sequel, but the whole gen will pass by and From won't ever touch it because Song doesn't care for either Demon or Blood outside of remakes.
More like people were realizing what wasn't worth it was buying a PS5 to play games that eventually came to another platform. The constant excuses the entire gen to try to lessen the butt hurt y'all were feeling. Let's be for real here ladies and gents y'all were bothered by the fact most of these games were making their way to PC and judging by the replies y'all STILL butthurt. Trying to make it sound like waiting 6 months to a year was the worst thing when most people do...
