Excellent tittle
not surprising really. These days it's so easy to hype up people into buying a product that they might not be all that into after getting it. Must feel like a double edge sword to some devs. You still get the money, but end up disappointed that people dropped it so fast
The problem comes from people thinking "not black enough" or "not Asian enough", "not Hispanic enough", "not gay enough". We've allowed people to define what it is to be whatever it is that people can be through stereotypes. When you aren't showing yourself as stereotypical as possible you have people calling you whitewashed.
No offense but this game or any form of media for that matter, doesn't "redefine" what ...
I hope Spiderman 2 is Insomniacs Ultimate Spiderman. If Pete, Miles, and Venom are all playable that'll top Ultimate for me
There's no flow to the animations in Avengers. I like that he looks like he weighs something compared to Insomniacs but they really rushed it or just didn't bother
Nah they'll make it faithful, but when they announce a reboot the year after they'll reveal an open world game and hype it up with all the usual buzz words. They'll add a BR mode that plays "true to Splinter Cell", followed by NFTs in the later months.
Why? Because people with too much wealth who have no idea what to do with it like spending it on fads. I ain't even mad, let these companies and artists con the wealthy. All that means is you have a list of people who you should really reconsider, or think twice about ever allowing yourself to be influenced by. The gaming industry has being going to shite anyway, this shouldn't be surprising in the slightest.
Just look at what happened yesterday! Stan Lee's twi...
This is not Assassin's Creed. This is *name it something familiar so it sells* Nordic fantasy game. I miss this series, it used to be something with a lot of potential and now it's not even recognizable
Anime, I trust anime more than hollywood. Looking forward to TLoU from HBO cause I wanna see if they can make something decent. Netflix is proving they can't.
The traversal still looks amazing, but I'm still not vibing with it. Square hasn't exactly pushed out super duper amazing games these east few years. I liked FF7 but even that dragged in some areas with the added fetch quests
You forgot the parts where they rush through award categories in between those sections. There was so much unnecessary padding, but it's been like that for years now. Literally it's trailer after trailer, random category that they don't care to give any time to, trailer, advert, corporate pandering, LoL wins yet ANOTHER award for just existing, musical performance by generic band and that's when I tapped out.
This is not a show to celebrate games
Forbes you'll be one of the first to then talk shite when this game releases to continue the unnecessary hate QD gets. Get out of here with your bs hype just to get clicks
That title is hella dumb. BG already means Battlegrounds
I like crossplay, but there's big work to do for that feature to work as intended. Cheating is much more common on PC, and many devs still refuse to add mouse/keyboard support and FOV options on console versions. Idk what the problem is in this game, but probably one of what I mentioned
In no way do I believe these games warrant a 70 dollar pricetag. Luckily there's gens of games on PC that I never got around playing, and retro games that're finding new life in all the advances in emulation that I also never got around to playing as a child. I'm looking at all the games anounced at GOTYs and I'm not feeling most of em. I used to get excited and now it's seeing CG does nothing and pretty animations aren't a substitute for what you end up doing during g...
Just comes to show how much confidence they have in this. They could prove us wrong, but they don't exactly have a good track record of being in the right in their business decisions
I think the meme of hating on Fortnite was lost in translation and now people hate it for reals. Plus cartoony games are perfect for engine showcases. We've been pushing for Pixar and we're finally there
I've given up on so many publishers, and I'm very picky of what games I buy and at what price. Ubisoft, EA, Activision get no money from me, and that's fine cause they rarely put out anything I care for these days, they've killed off more franchises than put out something decent.
Unfortunately there's no voting with your wallets on anything these days, and I've realized this. It doesn't matter to companies if you don't buy into things cause ...
Say what you will of Epic, but the fact still stands that they're giving free games without a sub. PS is too big now for fanboys to accept any criticism of it. Seriously we went through a whole gen talking about XboxLive being a scam and then everybody just accepted it so quickly for PS. I don't see the logic of paying for something that I'm getting free of charge elsewhere and better too. Talking about PC gaming in general
Because there's plenty of easy games that are also never finished. I don't think the game being hard was the problem because if you play games often enough then most do their research and if you're buying a game from this genre then you already know what you're gonna get. My point was, just as it's been for many games, you have a huge chunk of people who buy games that aren't dedicated gamers who went into playing it and didn't find it to their liking. They were sw...
