Microsoft has had a good, if not great run since E3 2010 and you can expect the same thing this year. With Nintendo now announcing the Wii HD for E3, things will be very interesting.

Nintendo is really sticking it to Microsoft and Sony. First they slap Sony/microsoft with their little rinky-dinky Wii console with 480p graphics and now get the jump on them with a console that will be far more powerful than either the 360 or ps3...lol
When they show it running game in 1080p and 60fps, what is Sony and Microsoft going to do? Epic will run some Gears like trailer as will Crytek, trying get some early middleware adopters. It's win/win for Nintend...

Why not??? If Microsoft says ok it will happen and I suspect it could but not for at least a year as has been the case in the past. Alan wake could be ported tomorrow and maybe at E3 they will announce a holiday AW PC sale. Crackdown 2 and maybe even a anniversary Halo PC edition.

If Nintendo does announce a new console at E3, then Sony and Microsoft will launch at the same time. They have to or all will be lost. Epic, Crytek, Dice...etc, will all be on the new console and Nintendo will want to lock up some exclusives for their new machine from those guys and especially the middleware.

Why would anyone disagree? If XBL was down for any period of time, I'm sure PSN would see an increase in traffic.

They were suppose to have a beta and I still have my copy of SC Conviction. Ubisoft is infamous for their last minute delays so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will announce the beta at E3 and confirm Ghost Recon for October.
