...the demo had a really negative effect on the game. If your going to release a demo, make it a fair representation of the game. The Bulletstorm demo was ugly and didn't show off the best aspects of the game. They need to re-release a demo only this time...crank it!!!

This game makes those linear shooters look last gen...sure is pretty.
Seeing this makes me more curious about the 360 exclusive Kingdoms. Crytek has been beating their chests lately saying it's going to be even more impressive than this be cause they made some discoveries...Hmmmm...wonder what that means??? E3 will no doubt have some game play. M$ has said Crytek has been working on the game for quite a while.

Not surprising considering how solid the 360 and it's games are. Kinect, with the right set of games this year could potentially close in on the Wii market. I think the Wii community are all waggled out and want something new and refreshing. Sony Move is a great little device but if you have a wii, you've done it all already. A price drop of the Kinect/360 base package will really spike the sales come E3 and the holidays.

The physics and frame rates are all over the place. No mention on what configuration they are running on so it's tough to gauge where it sits on that scale.
There have been numerous tech game play demo's that never went anywhere. This looks destined to end up in that pile.

Bulletstorm was made, in a way, from before as it was, by People Can fly, who you may know or not, if you care, at times in regard, FPS, sometimes, if you can, Gears and Epic, a game with guns, as was said before, could possibly, if not for the zombies, if you noticed...WTF...O_o

360 S will be an entry level system for casual gamers and will be priced accordingly.
The next Xbox will be a full fledged power house with a price to match...probably in the $599-699 ( base price ) Ipad like price window capable of about anything currently being shown as tech demo's. EARLY last year there was an article that explained how M$ had already agreed to use ATI in the new machines and had the processor picked out...it's done.

It's an old marketing ploy used to great effect, especially in the PS3 ranks and it's all lies. Maybe they have maxed out their game engine but NOBODY is maxing out the 360...EA knows this better than anyone.
Just look at this year and the games that are releasing. Crysis 2 looks like a next gen game compared to any launch title game, Rage has been in development forever and is finally releasing. Gears 3 looks incredible and as EA just found out, Battlefield...

If GDC told you anything it`s that devs are ready to move on and are positioning themselves for the new generation of gaming. Halo 4 with master chief will be there...day one as will this Epic game...

...is the land M$ lives in. If it`s not profitable, they don`t do it. Kinect cost $50-60 dollars to make. It`s been nothing but money since day one.

GDC made it clear that the new gen is about to get rolling and it's time to look towards that horizon and canceling current gen products is a first step.
They are also saying that they are closing and/or streamlining the studios..it means people will most definitely lose there jobs. Sad day in Sony land, in particular Europe. At least it's not Xmas.

Who buys DLC for a game they hated...O_o...The guy is definitely addicted to the achievements. I like achievements that force you to explore a game in a way that you wouldn't normally do.
Recently, after completing Bulletstorm there was an achievement for shooting the enemy in the helicopter before it lands and the guy exits on the cactus/plant eating level. I would of never of thought to even shoot at that thing...lol...Achievements can be great fun. I rarely ...

More concerned about the 3 guys and a table then the fire...seriously, how about less fire and more enemies and weapons. Pistols and the same looking enemy over and over just doesn't cut it anymore...never did.
3D does look good but at this point, it's just a corporate push by Sony on their devs...do it or else. If they don't add Move functionality I would be shocked as well. Uc 3 will look a lot like this, trust me...

I WASN`T impressed and thought that the developers bit off more than they could chew. Some games and some game engines work better in a darker environment ( AW )...KZ is one such game.
The " jungle " level showed a lot of the weaknesses this engine has. It was laugh out loud embarrassing with bad graphics, bad AI and robotic like physics that would not look out of place last gen...it's all there if you want to be honest about it...

First, it's great that Alan wake has reached 1 million in sales assuming Vg is correct but I'm not sure if they take the digital version of the game into account that has been packaged with the 360 S as a bundle. It could be higher or lower depending on how you view such data. For example, Kung Fu Panda sold 3 million bundled with 360...O_o...
