Why can't the just make XBL the same on PC as it is on 360. Release all the games on PC/360 with cross platform gaming and it will be successful. Halo 3, Halo Reach, ODST. Halo Wars MMo/rts, Alan wake, ALL the Fables, ALL the Forza's, ALL the Kinect stuff, ALL the Gears, ALL PGR's, ALL the Mechassault stuff, ALL the Crackdowns, ALL the Rare stuff...it's crazy to me that the two entities are not the same.

It seems to me that Disney went above and beyond to try and soften the blow of the closure. These things are never easy and there are obviously some hurt feelings. Article is ok...I think the new Xbox will be available holiday 2012 with Halo 4, the beginning of a new Halo trilogy. Why would they launch a trilogy on a old system and then a year later have to put another game...NO, they have a "new " Halo game with new graphics ready to launch in 2012 with a new, more powerful machine.

What really bothers me about Ubisoft is that their IPs are some of the best around. Rainbow six has such great potential. Ghost Recon, Prince of Persia, Assassins Creed, Raving Rabbits, I'm alive, Far Cry, all the motion control stuff and a bunch more...HOW CAN THIS COMPANY BE LOSING MONEY!!!

Looks incredibly smooth. These guys have the Unreal 3 down. The lighting doesn't look as updated as Gears 3 or Mass Effect 3 but other than that, it's very impressive. I suspect another big hit for these guys.

I think the next wave of games will show Kinect as a great addition tho at the moment their hasn't been any Kinect titles that many call hardcore.
Kinect is a full body gaming device and it's in that area that Kinect will excel. Pretending your holding a gun or other traditional game play techniques haven't worked/translated well with Kinect BUT the next wave of games will of been designed from the ground up to utilize Kinect and what it can do.

Funny thing is if M$ and Sony got together, it would be the unholy alliance to end all unholy alliances. Both companies strengths are the others weakness.

EA runs around all day trying to be Activision...they are losing. Activision is drowning in money because they build what people WANT, not what you want them to want.
World at war is a template that all these guys are trying to achieve. COD is a template that all these guys are trying to copy. Guitar Hero WAS the template before it was made irrelevant by all these companies, much the same way they are attacking COD now, copied them and destroyed the market.

Campaign length means very little to me as long as the game comes feature rich.
MW2 was a fantastic game that kept you entertain from beginning to end. One minute your in a blizzard up in the mountains and then next, your in some slums in Brazil chasing someone down the evildoer and of course the Airport scene. Spec ops was alot of fun and the graphics during all those missions were fantastic.
