i dont think camping is a possibility in SOCOM, in fact, camping isnt even a term used in competitive gaming especially if you have one precious life that you can't waste by running into the midst of the battlefield and get picked off. It requires a particular set of patience, strat and caution to approach every corner carefully, to not be running around the map when you have planted the bomb but remain at the position and 'camp'. considering the nearly zero effort they put behind marketing it, its been very successful indeed. kinect has the same effect of the wii, you play those casuals for 20 mins and you've pretty much enjoyed everything kinect has to offer. Although both kinect and move have potential, i see move being used in more innovative ways for the core market as well. Just my thoughts.

its somewhat foolish to outright deny FFXIII as in some respects being worthy of the FF title. I would agree its one of the weakest entries, yet, i would also argue it had one of the best battle system in any FF. he released MGS3 in 05 i believer 5 years into the PS2 life cycle and a year from the PS3's launch. its not like the games gonna have any problems with sales. ps3 and 360 power debate isnt quite what people make it out to me, no one denies the PS3 being very marginally the superior console to develop games for (also debatable), you cant churn out killzone and uncharted or even MGS4 with the 360, it simply that some devs don't quite spend enough time or resources (for whatever reasons)...

the article's title is 'PC Gaming', you just gave us sales for computers, i won't know for sure but i would assume only maybe 10% to maybe 20% of that hardware is used for gaming, this i deduce from the fact the average gamer (who owns PC hardware fitted with gaming capabilities) is anywhere from 14 to 30, which leaves out the rest of the age groups, the million other factors involved single mom who doesn't game but has hardware capable of gaming or a disabled person etc. ...

Far Cry 2 is really memorable in my memory. One of the most complete open world experiences i've played, approaching any enemy camp by night was an intense experience. Reminded me of Oblivion. Can't wait for FC3, its best if it comes out 2012, probably round march or april.

you have no credibility if you speak ill about killzone 3 and its visuals, the game has mind blowing graphics. call of em fanboys lads, but some of us have ps3s, 360s i myself included and rest assured, killzone 3's level of detail in those war torn envoirnments is an achievement in graphics, every reviewer raves about it, everyone who played it does. But those who quite can't understand is those who are bitter about the inability to play a ps3 exclusive.
