If you like to play with new tech definitely worth checking out. First gaming console to do true multitasking, platform wide universal searching, full voice and gesture input. Also if you like games Forza 5 and Killer Instinct are must own titles.

Might count as well, although they are on Vita too I think.
Hopefully they start releasing them. Been almost a week since I last turned my PS4 on, nothing to play.
Did you know you can't use the internet without a connection to the cloud? Damn, so sad the internet will never work.
Did you guys know that your phone can't make a call or send a text without a connection? Therefor it is invalid technology and will never work. All these years, we never knew we were using technology that would never be valid.
Pretty ironic how many people complaining about the validity of the cloud spend all day on the internet.
I am really enjoying this game. It may seems simple at first but every sport has so many little nuances you have to perfect if you want to be in the leaderboards. The timing especially is something that takes a lot of practice to master, especially with Tennis and Soccer. My only real complaint is that the load times are a bit long. Other than that, game is great.
Really a great list, worth checking out!
I like Kinect a lot. Probably my favorite part of next gen is how integrated it is through the X1 OS. Recording gameplay, changing volume, switching content, multitasking etc are all done best through Kinect. Changes the way you use entertainment.
As for games, I love the way Dead Rising implemented it. Also love how Killer Instinct uses it to track which player has the controllers and remaps the button layout. And Kinect Sports Rivals is so fun.
Nothing to ...
Good for people that don't have a Steam account.
I want a new IP or Kameo!
Going to play this as soon as the Dodgers game is over, can't wait!
Isn't this what has been said all along though haha.
@HugoDrax: as for the move engines I can only comment on what I have read, but it seems they are very specialized engines for offloading tiling and compression tasks for both the CPU and the GPU. And that is very important because those are very common and expensive tasks. I can't say what actual performance advantages they actually have though sorry. I am interested to see more on them though. I am accepted in the id@xbox program but I haven't gotten the SDK yet.
@Pu...
Someone must smell at Naughty Dog.
Depends on how you look at it. The one major new thing about DX12 is you can flag operations to run parallel across all the CPU cores. In the case of the X1 that means you are telling it to use the extra 8 cpu cores on top of the gpu Cores for graphic related operations. X1 has a very unique architecture, they are using a 30GB/s system bus which makes parallel operations make so much sense. On the PS4 this bus is 10GB/s.
In theory the X1 could see a performance advantage when...
Exactly, but should be a non issue if you move the textures to RAM beforehand. You can pre-load a lot more texture data when you have 4gb of memory compared to PC's where it can be as low as 1GB for this game.
PC wins, which is rather interesting on this game. They mention Texture Streaming as a major issue for both PS4 and X1. You would think the 4.5-5 GB of Memory available on the consoles would make this a non issue. Sounds like they optimized for PC "less video RAM" and ported to consoles. Which makes sense from a production standpoint, but would have liked to see the console versions more optimized instead of just being ports.
I disagree about the X1. Forza 5 and Killer Instinct are so good. Not only are they good but they are games I am still playing 5 months later, with constant updates and new content. Dead Rising was a bit of a let down for me, but on the other hand Ryse was a very pleasant surprise. Same with Max: Curse of Brotherhood, I love that game. Plants VS Zombies and Titanfall are also extremely good. X1's launch windows lineup has been very solid.
Kinect Sports is way up there too and it wasn't bundled. Maybe people just like motion party games.
