Your google searching is flawed. You didn't use the quotes, so you're getting articles that include any combination of those words. For example, your 360 results could say "Nintendo is doomed, I like the Xbox 360".

The 968 I said above is actually the total amount of Xbox games released according to wiki. The Xbox 360 supposedly supports backwards compatiblity of 478 of them in North America.
So it looks like it's 2,418 to 4,434+ (more PS2 games have been released since this count) depending which PS3 model you have vs. 478 for the Xbox 360 as far as the BC comparison goes..
About a 5x advantage to all PS3s and 10x advantage to the original phattie...

Unless I missed it, I can't believe they didn't add Ellen & Keats from Folklore. They seem like they'd be among the best fits for a game like this with all those different folk attacks.
Sony 'employee' sounds like bullsh*t, since it will be called PlayStation 4 and even the new code name is supposedly Omni now, not Orbis.
And after what will be 3/3 100mil+ sellers, there's no reason to think 4 won't move a ton of consoles also, especially with all of Sony's studios and quality IPs.

The game was already paid for.. and what do people do after they trade in games? THEY BUY MORE GAMES!
One of the dumbest arguments in gaming, especially coming from consumers saying they'd rather pay up to 5x the price for new instead of used. You want to throw your money away or make a company into a charity? Go ahead and write them a freakin' personal check.
Or defending online passes in new games, so you can waste your time typing in codes and dow...
Why do people bring up 'cover systems'. Just stand, crouch, or lay down behind something. Cover systems work perfectly fine in some games like Uncharted, but that doesn't mean they're necessary in every game; especially in more run & gun (and 1st person) shooters where it would just slow everything down.
I really don't remember those in the first two games, but looking at them in the trailer, it does look lame or tacky as Megaton put it.
The game looks really questionable. It just doesn't feel right. Some of the gameplay elements I see, and not being in Rapture. This probably should have been made into a new franchise, but we'll see.
