This game looks sick and its still in beta and only the multiplayer. They haven't even worked on the resolution yet. Going by the standards 343i set in Halo 4, which used graphical effects not seen in any other game and showcasing some of the most insane lighting and draw distance to ever grace last gen I think Halo 5 might be one of the most beautiful games of 2015. Supposedly, and these are rumors, Halo 5 uses a lot of ray tracing for character models. We shall see.

Xbox One still sells more games globally. And as far as hardware sells for November I believe it was only a few thousand behind globally than the PS4 despite Sony being a bigger global brand.
Also look at it like this. Has anyone noticed all the PS4 bundles lately? Where were these before MS dropped to $350. Sony was doing bundles for the price of the console + the game which was $460.

2015 will be the year of evening out.
Regular people buying a console will go in the store see that Xbox One and PS4 has 90% of the same games, similar graphical quality, and a Blu Ray player. They will probably know that Xbox will have Halo, Gears, Fable, and Forza; while PS4 will have Uncharted, Little Big Planet, and Gran Turismo. Those will be the major games that stick out, and yes I know there are a lot more, less recognized franchises.

This article sucks but the main problem with X1 was it was launched $100 more than the PS4 and with slightly less power. Kinect didn't have any compelling games and shouldn't have been bundled. Microsoft should have launched at $350.
