Larger install base yet the attach rate is higher on Xbox One. Gamers on Xbox just outright buy more games. It was the same story on Xbox 360 last gen.

You got similar graphics with the slight edge going to PS4, better exclusives are currently available on Xbox One and all of them have tremendous replay value, Xbox One also has a $50 base price advantage plus two games and several in store offers like $70 gift card from target which can be used to buy another...

Ask a Sony fanboy for a real source for sold numbers. They don't have one. They'll say sales are anywhere between 16-20 million sales and the PS4 has anywhere 6-9 million sales gap. But when you ask for a source they don't have anything but inaccurate VGChartz. When the VGChartz don't reflect positive numbers for Ps4 they'll just say it's undertracking or The site sucks.
There are much better PS4 deals and even better Xbox One deals.
Consoles have always had exclusives.
PC is a Microsoft platform. It should get a pass if some of its games overlap. Sony however is PLaystation only. The big exclusive lists you guys post are loaded with Steam games.
I don't consider Wii U in competition with the PS4 or Xbox One. It caters to a totally different demographic.
Looks to me like we have two consoles that are outputting graphics at very close to the same visual fidelity with the edge going to the PS4.
We also have about a $50 price difference, and very different styles of exclusive games.
Should be very interesting especially in USA and UK.

I'm not sure why Sony fans use the number of exclusives argument when 1) numbers don't reflect actual quality 2) we still don't know how many more exclusives MS has.
When you have two consoles so close in power, features, and have 90% of the same games price is extremely important. That's why MS should have started the gen as a loss leader and went with $350 instead of $500. Sales would be much closer.
Played about 20 or so matches. This game is sick.
I love how in the Halo 5 beta I feel like I have a "chance" with every weapon and the new abilities. 1 on 1s are going to come down to the more skilled player. Aim down sights with left trigger feels incredible.
SMG finally has the kick it needed.
Assault Rifle is finally a very decent starting weapon.
Battle Rifle feels excellent, as does the DMR but they serves very different roles
Sniper rifle is buttery smooth. The ADS feels very natural.

Microsoft is a very different company now. Check Iphone and Android...there are Office, Onedrive, Skype, Xbox Music and all kinds of Microsoft apps. Office is now on Ipad.
The company is a devices and services business. It is a good business decision to keep a billion dollar franchise on multiple platforms. Of course, MS platforms will probably get some extra goodies and early releases of certain updates.
Halo ODST had one of the best campaigns in the Halo universe. It was extremely smooth and surreal. The music and the ambience gave it a unique feel. I am glad it is getting the remastered treatment. I don't doubt the same treatment will someday come to Halo 3.
Besides that, this Halo 5 Beta is just downright sick. What an amazing evolution of an already fantastic shooter.
You Sony fans love hyping up your nebulous and lame interactive movie exclusives that never seem to sell like Until Dawn, Everybody's Gone to Rapture, and the Tommorow Children. Nobody cares about those games but you guys, the same fanbase that has a lower software attach rate historically than The Xbox platform.

Not sure what the OP is getting at. The weapons aiming is how it should be. Hip fire is never as accurate as zooming or ADS, especially if you are firing an automatic. It's just more realistic that way. Hip fire is still okay if you're very good at aiming but I'll take popping in and out of zoom over straight hip fire anyday.
