Must be the PR campaign to downplay DX12 again. Remember just a few weeks ago Sony sent out the Naughty Dogs to talk shit about DX12. Yeah that API sucks. Nevermind, Intel/AMD/Nvidia/and just about everyone in the PC industry has had nothing but praise for the new API.
AMD/Microsoft had their own private conference at E3 regarding DX12, PC, Xbox One. I guess that was about nothing. They were totally bullshitting. Nevermind MS spent over 3 billion partnering with AMD on the AP...

Fact is Ninty and MS have games coming this year. Sony showed a lot of 2015 games and LBP, TLOU, and DriveClub are good games in their own right but they aren't better than anything from Ninty and MS in 2014.
I don't see how seeing as it will be 1080p/30fps on both consoles.

Obviously a quick and dirty port (which should in theory be easier on PS4). There are several game old and new that blow Diablo 3 out the water. Maybe they optimize the game before August but I doubt they'll spend much time doing it. Like I said I don't think Diablo 3 is a good representation of power difference. Even with that GPU considered it should run this game in 1080p just fine. Quick and Dirty port, that is all this is.

Games on XB1 are looking better and better. Sony has lost the 1080p argument. All future games on X1 will be 1080p30/60. Power wise as it has been previously stated both consoles are very similar.
I await more cries of foulplay, and downgrades due to parity, etc. Destiny is also confirmed for 1080p/30. The X1 needed the GPU boost along with the new SDK.
Nintendo and Microsoft Won.

DX12 has not been fully implemented yet. DX11.2 on Xbox One has some features but not all. Mantle is somewhat of a stop gap before DX12 API is finalized in 2015. AMD/Microsoft has a good conference about this API in terms of Xbox One and PC.

Except MS E3 2013 was not bad, in fact, if you really want to be honest Sony's was just as boring last year as it was this year. Unfortunately, MSs conference got overshadowed by their terrible reveal and Sony's brilliant PR blitz.

I wasn't really interested in PS3 last gen, and I don't think having access to 3,000 PS3 games is going to change my opinion. I had 8 years to buy a PS3, and I didn't blink. I did enjoy PSOne and PS2 games but I'm no longer interested in those titles especially not to rebuy or rent. PS Vita does nothing for me. That's just my opinion. I am sure many disagrees are headed my way.
