Probably because the amount of cars, clubs, dynamic weather in FH2 makes DriveClub look utterly amateur.

1080p, 900p, whatever. I could honestly not give a shit. This game looks gorgeous, fun, and fast. The number of enemies on screen is amazing, and the grinding/blasting away looks like it would never get old. This is an absolute day one purchase for me.
Xbox, Play Sunset Overdrive. I can't wait to say that.

Graphics and narrative aside this game is lacking somewhat in in the area of gameplay.
Is the visual gap really that large? Granted 900p vs 1080p is about 40% more pixels but does it look 40% better on screen?

The difference between PS4 and Xbox One is like GC vs Xbox or PS3 vs Xbox 360.

900p doesn't detract from enjoyment of a game.
Sony will send out the Naughty Dog out to tell us Cloud and DX12 will add nothing to games. The fact is nobody know how's much either with help or add to the Xbox One without MS showing us, which rumors are saying they will tomorrow.

Didn't Sony fans think the UFC demo was 1080p which was later revealed to be 900p. Apparently, their eyes aren't that great. Anyway this game has a ton going on onscreen, more so, than Infamous which looks particularly desolate.
Art direction is more important than graphics.
Should look just fine on both the Xbox One and PS4.

PS4 is simply not designed for a complex multi-tasking OS. It's strength is in gaming and raw GPU performance, Not OS, updates, resuming, quick switching etc. Xbox is under the Windows team and gets updated near the second week of the month on or close to Patch Tuesday. It is going to continue to receive monthly updates. July Update has been previewed. The August update is already in the pipeline.
Sony is going to have a hard time with their OS. Wish them the best though...
