Mine too. It's really one of the best consoles ever made. I even still have my original Xbo-very strong console. Nothing will ever replace the memories that came with the ps2.

To knight crawler. It means there shouldn't be multiple consoles then. If all consoles came and only multiple platform games were only available for them, then why the hell do we need multiple console? The point of exclusives is provide an experience you won't find with the competition. If the witcher 2 and gears were available for the PS3, why should I own an Xbox? Exclusives also take better advantage of their respective machines.
From one trailer of a game that is meant to be released next year is why the game "looks a hot mess?" Now, if the game were to be releasing next month, I would agree, given the pictures that were shown displaying how unfinished the game is. Its coming out in the US near fall. We haven't actually seen the gameplay yet. Also, Gta games have not been the greatest in graphics because of their scope. They have been pretty decent however. GTA games have never really been about the graphics anyway. I do expect it to be better looking than the mess that was GTA 4.
It's not going to be as huge as PS2 to PS3 but there as to be a significant amount of difference to warrant a purchase. For example, Wii to the Wii U. Otherwise, why release another console? You get what I am saying right?

Yeah, I agree. 4 to 8 gigs of ram should be the standard for the consoles to "stay relevant." I think 16 is just way too much. Next gen engines like the luminous and UE4 will mostly likely require more ram. I am just guessing though.
I always thought that gameplay would never really evolve at a much faster pace than graphics and the like. I believe we've had some truly compelling games that weren't shooters this generation and I expect next gen to be the same or even better. Exactly. I think majority of people don't understand how some of this thing works. The 360 was also a very expensive console if you add everything else you had to buy with it. I think my 360 cost me $400 plus and not including tax. People forget this. All they do is talk about the PS3 costing $600 when there were different versions of the console.
