How would you get beyond for $10 or less on PS4? It's digital exclusive, I thought?

It comes to retail in a combo pack of Heavy Rain + Beyond for $40. At least, that's what a read a few weeks ago when I was about to buy Beyond on PS4.

Maybe they will put the 2 on sale for $20, but I can't see that happening any time soon. I hope, for our sake, that they do though. I'd love to get the two of these games (games I've never played) for $20, bu...

I've never played either of these games. I had an interest in Beyond but it launched like 2 months before PS4. I assumed it'd soon release on PS4.

I'll play the 2 of these games on PS4. I was looking into buying Two Souls a few weeks ago, but then I saw they were releasing a combo pack of Heavy Rain + Beyond on PS4.

I'm gonna fight like hell to get my backlog down to a few games before March 1st (Division). Depending on how clear my backlog i...

Honestly, reading your comment, I assumed it ended along the lines of "don't trust IGN reviews."

A game with 6 fighter reviewed as high as a fighting games with 12 fully fleshed out fighters? Wow. KI must be super barren but I'm sure the "F2P" model helped it with it's score.

but the game has reviewed well except for it's lack of content.

Just because it has the potential to be Ultra doesn't make it a bad game because it's only "super."

Buy a Super game tomorrow which evolves into an Ultra game in the near future.

The only people who should be complaining are the people who play their Fighting games in Single-Player vs the computer. I like fighting games, I Just hate playing them because I su...

The same guy that reviewed this game had also reviewed Evolve.

Look up his score for Evolve. Then, if you're not familiar with Evolve, look up the popular opinion on content of the general population of gamers. I bought the game at launch for $60, and let me tell you, I have never played such a barren game in my life (speaking of Evolve).

This is the same reviewer that gave Evolve a 9.5 or whatever ridiculously high score.

So, Vince, Evolve had enough content since it was never mentioned in your review, but Street Fighter V does not?

Either Street Fighter V is barren as hell, or this guy shouldn't be reviewing games.

I guess I meant, It'd be one boring campaign if it went on for 12 hours if the only content you unlock is taming animals and shooting a bow.

We'll see how it reviews.

It can't be much. Pre-historic time is an excuse to have a barren land, no weapons, and no vehicles.

I can't imagine a 12 hour campaign centered around taming animals and using melee weapons/bow to kill other cavemen-esque NPCs.

In other words, I believe it will be short. I'll be surprised if the game has more content than "Blood Dragon," which was a standalone DLC for Far Cry 3. Its the exact vibe I'm getting with Primal except th...

Infinity Ward USED to be good until the team left and created Respawn, I.E. Titanfall.

I was just coming in to say I think we heard this theory before.

If they get rid of bots, up the player count (or make smaller maps, but then how would Titans fit), I could see this game taking off.

But, honestly, what little I played of Titanfall I enjoyed (I played up until prestige level 50-ish, then the prestige challenges presented themselves). I never found it competitive, though. Thousands of people play cod for competition and Titanfall 1 did not de...

Well, I guess I buy it when this "platform" turns into a fully developed game.

I just went back to try arena mode about a month ago (sadly, there is no playlist for this mode).

I was able to find plenty of games on PS4. But people drop-in, drop-out so much that you're pretty much playing with a super unorganized group or bots.

I bought the Mass Effect Trilogy on PS3 shortly before PS4 came out, I planned to platinum all 3 and potentially get the DLC so I could 100%.

Well, that car thing in Mass Effect totally killed the vibe on PS3. I hated driving that thing around on those bland planets (you had to do it a lot for the platinum). I gave up on the platinum but was satisfied with the game's story and world.

I never played Mass Effect 2 or 3 because I never found time before th...

Assuming you buy at launch:

Multiplayer game: $60
Online access for a month (provider): $50+ (U.S. comcast)
Year of PS+ or Xbox Live: $50 or $60, can even substitute this for a month $9.99

Assuming you buy at launch:

Single player game: $60.

Yeah, they are not different at all /sarcasm.

Season passes in multiplayer only games are ridiculous. You already charged me double the price for half a game (sometimes arguably less), but now you want me to spend $30 (Siege), $20 (Evolve), $50 (Battlefront), $100+ (Destiny).

The most laughable is Battlefront. The game is beautiful, kinda fun and very casual but it lacks so much content that it should be an embarrassment to EA. But they said, "hell nah," give us $60 for the game and $50 for the season pass.

The game types are totally different.

Always online multiplayer DEPENDS on the community. If you're the only one who buys the game (unlikely) then you have nothing to play. If the servers are down, you have nothing to play. If you have no xbox live/ps+, you have nothing to play. If the game is months old, players move on, and you'll have nothing to play or a slow matchmaking.

Singleplayer games DEPEND on your free-time. If you're the only one who ...

Evolve - PS4 - $9.99

That's about all it's worth. I was suckered in at launch for $60. To be fair, there were hardly any games to play back when this launched.

The only games I remember being good early last year were Bloodborne and Dying Light.

I've really been wanting this game on console. I haven't paid any attention to it since it launched on PC (other than when it was in "Beta"). I just want to play it for myself.
