But to me, the more reasonable way of viewing it, is that SE are charging for a "demo."
If they were only in the business to let people try it and if they like it enough, they'll buy it, then theyd release a FREE demo of the game.
Instead, they're going to release a $15 episode (demo) as a "test the waters."

This is why I prefer Battlefield type games (Battlefront) over COD.
The stuff that happens in these "Sandboxes" are absolutely priceless sometimes. I mean, you can't script a greater moment than something like this (or luke getting trampled by a ATST, or Vader getting suicide bombed while using his deflection ability, etc..)

Red shield = fire weapnon
Blue shield = Arc weapon

I have 100% in Destiny and almost every other game I play. Destiny is not an easy plat. I got my plat back when flawless raider was only obtainable on Vault of Glass (bc Vault of Glass was the only raid). It remains to be one of my top "pride platinums."

It's cool that people are excited by this. Not quite sure what games concepts that were shown are what has you excited, or if it's just the idea of VR that excites you.

No, the xbox one does not allow you to launch apps or games without being signed into the account that purchased them while being signed into xbox live.
You can set your Xbox one to 'home" and that will allow you to access your games while offline.
Pretty much the same exact game-sharing system PS4 has in place.

Pretty sure Pizza Hut gave demo discs away when you bought pizza there. I might be remembering my child-hood wrong. I also remember Burger King gave Xbox 360 games with a certain purchase (this I know is true, I was a young-adult at the time). I think there were like 2 or 3 different games.
But yeah.... $15 for a would-be demo is totally reasonable.
