A 1070 can manage 4k30 and that can be picked up for 350, just when you factor in the rest of the PC it becomes more expensive.

I play PC mainly and don't have the rig for 4K (nor the monitor) so the X is an option, just not feeling it right now the games are so very sparse and I have never been big into Halo and Gears just play em and trade em.
