MS have already said that Scorpio (at least for now) will not be getting its own exclusives.
That would be business suicide, alienating all X1 users for the sake of a much smaller Scoprio crowd. The machine will be a multi plat console for the foreseeable future.

Because as it stands we have no 'truth', so far we have impressive specs and some nice sounding optimisations capable of some meaty graphical output.

Awful list, I though Oblivion > Skyrim in just about every way. The world, the factions, the story just everything was more absorbing. And Morrowing has stolen hundreds of hours of my life. Assume the absence of Morrowing is due to a writers young age?

Im sure he does know the difference, however you seem to imply that developers will go to the effort of creating higher level assets for a <3% portion of the console users - not exactly a given is it. Im a PC gamer with a rig more than capable of trumping the Scorpio but I still have to put up with shoddy developers :(
