Not sure on how well it has ported as I'm a PC player but this game is amazing and that's from someone who was never really into sim games. It feels like your constantly improving your city with new unlocks and hours just fly by.
Just shows you the impact of pricing, for 14.99 I would of been tempted but not at that price not for a game that was good but in no way shape or form memorable or a classic.
I hope not because then exclusives kinda become a problem as in how far down the chain do you make your games compatible with so that it's not turning your back on some owners and it's not limiting the game itself.

Some people have read some info and ran a mile with it. Any past game cannot simply output higher res or frames by putting it in the console. Programming is set up to determine such variables like fps and res, if it ain't programmed to output higher res or dynamic than it's going to need a patch and that's a patch PER GAME.

Maybe as of now yeah, but any multi plat that is already out is going to require its own patch in order to bump the res/fps which is why I said it is down to the devs.
Sadly it aint as simple as putting in old multi plat games and they magically look better, they can only look how they are programmed to look until changed.

Yeah I am struggling to really see the thought process behind the Scorpio, its looking good spec wise that cant be denied but what is going to happen with the games?
Multi plat games may look marginally nicer on it, but the is down to the developers to put that extra work in.
It wont get its own exclusives because it would alienate their own x1 install base.

Still remember the bitter disappointment of D1 after playing on release, a shallow and tedious mess. I enjoyed the game when the taken king came out but it was way to late to rebuild broken hopes

Yeah even with the impress tech advancements lately it is still slightly out of reach to achieve max settings at 4K on stable frames. We are getting closer though very close
