"Jacked up and good to go"
I had high hopes for MOH but after playing the beta I found it very "meh" with nothing at all standing out and saying you need to get this game.
It bothered me that this game is released after Battlefield BC 2, and yet it seems to take a step back from BBC2 in every possible way. The controls don't feel as tight and it feels like you are gliding when running around (a problem I've always had with MOH games now that I think about it), which takes away from t...
X-Men Arcade 6 player cabinet FTW
I loved Dragon Age, problem one of my top 3 games for this generation of consoles, and I can't wait for the sequel.
Having said that, it appears that Bioware is taking away a lot of the stuff that I loved from the original. Making it more action oriented could be a change in the right direction to draw in more people, but it could also wind up changing it away from what a lot of us RPG fans liked in Dragon Age.
Well, although I'm worried about the ch...
Starcraft, Warcraft 3 and Diablo 2 never had monthly fees for Battle.net access, so I don't think it's starting anytime soon.
And like I said in an above post, where's the outrage with Valve because they are making fans pay 3 times for the different episodes of Half Life 2?
Just keep hating.
Did you say that Valve is cashing in when they decided they were gonna release Half Life 2 as 3 episodes?
I'm pretty sure that they have told us that each race has it's own game so that they can have a much more extensive story. To say that they are splitting one game into 3 is saying that the Zerg and Protoss campaign games and stories are already finished and they are just holding them back and waiting to release them (which I'm pretty sure they are not).
After waiting like 12 years, it's so close...I can barely wait.
But I know they haven't released Star Wars on Blu-Ray here in the states and I don't believe it has even been dated.
It bothers me how long it has taken to get some of the older movies released on blu-ray. I'm looking at you Star Wars, Lord of the Rings (extended editions, I don't want the theatrical editions) and Aliens trilogy (I pretend it ended after the 3rd one).
I got NCAA Football this year for the first time in like 5 yeas and I like the game well enough, but the DLC that they offer in game is absolutely ridiculous and it makes them seem like money grubbing whores (of course, I guess that is true).
I mean, I started a dynasty and I go to the recruiting screen to do some recruiting to my school, now since I haven't played for a couple of years I went to explore what each of the different sub menus to the recruiting screen were. ...
So don't take my word at 100%, but I'm gonna say you need 2 move controllers and that the navigation controller won't double as the 2nd move controller in The Fight.
I say this because the navigation control is 29.99 and the move control is 49.99, and if they were interchangeable there wouldn't be anything stopping people from just buying the navigation control and using it as the move control. I hope my reasoning makes sense.
But has anyone tried to use their DS3 one handed yet.
I did it the other day when I heard they said you can use the DS3 instead of getting a motion control and I have to say it's a bit awkward. It's unbalanced because of the way you grip it and it's not so easy to access the directional buttons on the face of the controller when you are gripping it one handed.
So although the DS3 is an alternative, if I do happen to pick up move (I'm still ...
I think it's fairly obvious he meant recorded music sold as a product...
For trying to explain to so many people why used games is somewhat of a problem for the gaming industry.
So many people come in here and say well if they made a better game I'd buy it new and other stupid things while ignoring the real problem, the people who do all the real work aren't getting their due.
Now you can sit there and say oh they make enough money and what not by selling a million copies, but in reality they could make so much more.
If everyone got together to join your boycott, it would be an EPIC FAIL.
You see, if everyone were to ONLY buy their games pre-owned to 'stick it' to the developer/publisher, well then...I hope you can see the problem with that.
If I didn't already own all of the extra incentives they were using to promote the service (giving Wipeout HD, etc...) or if they offered some kind of alternatives for those of us who already own the incentives they were offering.
It just didn't hold the same value to someone who already owns those games compared to someone who doesn't.
I'll wait and see how the service goes in the upcoming months before I decide if I'm gonna get PSN+.
I understand what you are saying that you would rather have a better product as a consumer and not care about the sells, but you also have to realize that if a company falls so far behind or loses too much money because they let their competition get to big of a head start then they might consider putting less money/research into the division or worse, getting out of the business all together.
And if they don't support the tech with adequate resources because it isn'...
I'm not trying to be an ass...but Crackdown was/is a xbox360 game.
And you don't remake a game for a platform that it was already released on, that's just silly.
And I'm sure I'll love the 2nd
Although I'm not sure how much I like the "clearly stating what each dialogue option means" approach. I think I prefer to have to figure it out for myself and choose from it them.
Of course this is just a minor quibble, regardless I can't freaking wait for DA2.
EVERYTIME there is an article that has to do with any decent RPG we get flooded with PS3 fanboys saying Demon Souls was better and the like.
Listen, IT IS ALRIGHT TO LIKE DEMON SOULS AND OTHER RPGS!!!! They are not mutually exclusive.
And yes I know I'm about to get pelted with disagrees and bubble reduction.
And I'll agree, but if it was an American site you can also bet the list would include any NCAA Football or Madden game as well.
Why, because on the Heisman/Madden difficulty the computer doesn't actually get better as a player as much as it just blatantly cheats to win.
