Let me make something clear. I dont have a problem with them designing something new . My issue here is the inevitability that i will have to dish out my hard earned cash to obtain it....

Criticism is good. It promotes positive growth in the industry.

I remember when Games used to come with Magnificent Boxes and extravagant Manuals ala Baulders Gate, Diablo 2, etc etc.
Suddenly It became a half size box with the CD case and the Manual. I thought OK. Still acceptable.
Coz aside from cut scenes. It took me 14 hours to finish act 2. Why? ITs a damn sneaking game. If they made teh levels any bigger I'd be freaken spent. I want perfection! I hate being spotted. Theres points where I'd creep slowly just so I dont get spoted!
THOSE CUT SCENES are a GODSEND. It gives me a chance to relax and just watch.
I had mine prepaid at EB... I just walked in, gave the dude my ticket, he passed me my copy and I walked out....
people complain about the installation times...
I started the installation, then proceeded to enjoy the manual that came with the game.. by the time I was done reading the major bits of the manual - the installation was done. It didn't even cross my mind that it took long...
OH yea, I did look up a couple of time to enjoy the installation screen with Snake Smoking his ciggie.

MY only problem with the ingame section, is the Creatures are popping all over the place... In this day and age Can't they smoothly animate the monsters between attacks? Do they need to warp-stick to the attacking characters animation?
Whether its for 360 or the ps3 - its kind of dated. FIX IT T_T.
giving MGS4 an 8/10. Its still relatively a very good score.
However, that said, I hope that the site thinks long and hard about the next game before they give it anything higher than an 8. :) IT has to be bloody amazing, because as far as I am concerned, giving an MGS4 an 8 automatically forces them to rescale their score rating.
