I'm confuzelled.
I own 4 DVD players in my Household. There is no way in hell am I going to replace them with another DVD player. Sure its unscaled. But the DVD player is already doing its job...
I rather just save a little more money and get the blueray players. Why? Because they both promise similar things, but the DVD upscaler is just a REHASH of old technology. At least I can rely that blueray is relatively secured for the future.
