I think you guys are confusing the writing with the story. A well written Indiana Jones copy is, at the end of the day, still just an Indiana Jones copy. Witty dialogue and emotive pre-rendered cutscenes don't make a story. And repetitive third person shooting isn't great gameplay. It's just dressed up very nicely with grand production value.
By the way, I'm not anti-ND. TLOU is one of the most singular gaming experiences of any generation and a fantastic exam...
I agree with the visuals - Uncharted has always had great production value. But I've never been in love with their gameplay, and U3 had one of the weakest stories I've ever seen in a game.
Personally, I've never understood the pedestal this series gets put on. It belongs in the same tier as Gears of War, which is a game that the Sony crowd constantly hates on.

FM5 has head tracking, though I disable it. Even with the new Kinect, it's clunky and I find it distracting.

If anything, these shots just show how f-ing good the Gamecube version looked. Honestly not that impressed with the new screens. Don't see a reason to buy this yet.
