Dude, don't diss Kitase. He's part of what made Final Fantasy so great, especially the PSX final fantasy's. The man is one of our industry geniuses. And in all honesty, XIII was the only game that he was directly apart of that wasn't quite as great, and even then, XIII wasn't the worst game ever.

You disagree with what he's saying even it took 4 years for FFXIII and nearly 6 for Versus? They did take too long with these tittles.

I finally understand how the moogle tossing thing works now. Looks great. I really like what I've seen from this game. The only truly disappointing thing about this game is only 2 human characters. I really don't see why Hope and Snow are only guest members and not actual party members.
Also, no one seems to be asking just how playable Lightning is in this game.

And because casual I'm assuming yielded more profitable for them at the time, it inevitably became the direction of the console.
I think most gamers want this device because it's absolutely extraordinary and it's the first portable to offer a true console experience in your pocket. The problem is at $250/300, many gamers may not be able to afford and that is PS Vita's only real problem.
Now that's what I call a Town! Hopefully it's a real town though and not just a Town-colored dungeon.

If anything, I'm sure Square wants the game to come out faster than Nomura does, despite what has been recently said amongst fans. Square Enix knows this game is a gaurenteed hit and they're bleeding money. They probably told Nomura and his Team to put together a video to reassure fans that the game exists in a playable state, and thus that trailer. If you notice many aspects of it look unpolished, some cut scenes are not voice over yet, etc.

I agree with you for the most part, except I believe that innovation is definitely needed it's just don't abandon your core principles in order to innovate.
Examples of innovative FF's would be 8 and X which way in a different direction than the formula, but did not compromise what Final Fantasy is all about.
Indeed. There are so many things that went wrong with this company. If you have to boil it down to a few points:
- Lack of timely release of original FFXIII, Versus XIII, and Type-0
- No Kingdom Hearts game on HD consoles
- Lack of responding to the arguably most highly demanded fan requested game of all time (Final Fantasy VII remake or a proper Final Fantasy VII-2)
- Final Fantasy XIII and XIV (in general)

I would go as far as to say Uncharted 3 is the best looking console game this generation. Not just on the pure technical power of the hardware, but how it uses it as far as aesthetic and art design.

That's very assuring. While I know quite a few people dislike even the existence of this game, You have to admit, it's gotten quite a bit of good praise from the major Gaming media thus far. Lets see how the reviews turn out.
