This year has sucked. I have hardly bought anything. 2011 blew 2012 out of the water. This year I have purchased Diablo3, Black Ops2 and that is it. Both of them disappointed me. I also picked up Journey from the PS Store and as it stands from what I have played this year (which isn't a lot) Journey wins by a landslide. I need to pick up Dishonored and Borderlands 2 though. Maybe I will give Far Cry 3 a blast.
If anyone can recommend a good game to me that was released th...
I recently started gaming on PC and I have instantly fallen in love with Valve. I WILL support this Steam Box and it will be my primary source of gaming if they continue to treat their customers the way they do.
The pro's for me are instantly wrapped up with the service I will recieve. I have to pay for LIVE, Downloadable games are overpriced on console stores and heck, the EU Sony store is horrible.
The only negative is the fact I already have a PC. Howe...
I think it looks amazing, but I can't get hyped for it. I don't know why. I feel like I have had my Kratos fix. I just think GodOW3 was so good I just accepted it as the end of the franchise.
My mind will change when the release date gets closer, but this game is surprisingly off my radar considering how much I love GodOW.
It looks brilliant and will no doubt be a day 1 purchase for me. Can't wait to play it.
I have never played a ME game, but I find it hard to understand why people are complaining about a Co-op component being implimented. Surely it is optional. Don't like then don't play?
I wouldn't say that it is my most anticipated game because I am VERY cautious of South Park titles. Needless to say the game looks so full full of South Park charm it is pratically begging for me to buy it. I am very surprised by what has been accomplished and it looks like a lot of care has been put in to it.
As a South Park fan and as a fan of RPG games I am finding hard to remain "cautious" and I am starting to get hyped.
They said they maxed it out with Uncharted 2.

I don't dislike the games or the merchandise. The game is somewhat entertaining and I think the T-shirts and the plush toys look quite cool. The thing that about the franchise that bothers me is I don't understand why it is so huge!
It has a marketable image for sure, but the game isn't that good even for a mindless 5 minute session on the bus etc. I really fail to understand its polularity. I don't know how the series has made it this far, but hats off to who...
Tough luck, man. Sorry, but he is from this point on going to be known as the Gears of War guy. Its not a bad thing. It just shows how amazing that game really was.
Worst console ever? I only have to look as far as the Virtual Boy to know that the Wii-U isn't. Whatever...
They are both FPS games
They both have campaigns
They both have online modes
They are both available on 360
They both use the trigger to shoot
They are both available as physical copies
They both have dlc
They both have scoreboards online
They are both developed by developers that didn't create the original
They have both been reviewed by IGN
All haters are idiots. Then again, people who can't accept the fact people have negative criticism about things are also tools.
Its just the way of life.
Dark Souls 2
The Last of US
GTA5
Bioshock Infinite
I need to play it through, period. How have I not played through these games yet?
Quelaag from Dark Souls... yum :-)
I loved the change from Demons souls to Dark souls and would love a change on the same scale as the previous installment. I doubt that will happen since this is a direct sequel. I will be very happy with more of the same whilst focusing on performance, balancing and of course keeping the difficulty ramped up. If anything I say increase it. If they want a new audience with a sequel they should make a new IP.
Love the series and I think it is in trust worthy hands. Full blown new ...
I have only recently played Blood Money on my PC and I love it. Is this an indication that this collection is for me or was that like a 1 off thing? It really looks like my sort of franchise and I don't know how I have missed out on it all these years.
Well, Diablo3 won it. Doesn't say much, does it? What good RPG's have been released this year? As an outsider of the series I don't see why ME3 is so hated. I guy I know loved it and he is a huge fan of the series.
I agree with Irish here. Bonfires re-spawned enemies and were essentially the start of a new level. They could have been more spaced out and they should have given you less flasks. Kindling ruined it for me a bit. BUT... In Demon's Souls you could farm grass. I was able to heal myself during stages whenever I wanted. Over 80+ grass that fully heals me made it a lot more bearable.
I agree with the list. I would like to be told the story instead of piecing it together and reading item descriptions. To be fair even if they catered to how I want to experience the story I don't think it would make the game a significantly better experience for me anyway. I am in it for the gameplay. Balancing PVP will also be fine and I think the backstab window should be smaller. A few changes I want...

2013 looks a lot better than this crap filled year.
